Pros: Clean and spacious apartment. Host was very helpful and flexible and always quick to respond.
Cons: It's a complex, so it's up to dice what sort of people the other apartments have. We two nites with some loud noise from the poolside, but that was bad luck - overall the site is quiet.

Perfect Moroccan atmosphere, perfect facilities, continuous but non-intrusive support by the host.
Pros: The accommodation was huge for the five of us. The driver waited patiently for us at the airport, and after a short drive we reached the accommodation on the edge of the Medina. Getting to the riad was child's play based on the information provided by the owner. A fruit basket and mineral water were waiting for us. Everything was just like in the photos. We had a great time.
Cons: We were unlucky with the weather. :)

Pros: The Riad was an lovely experience, being our first time in Marrakech, it added to the charm of the holiday - it felt traditional and homely. Helpful mod-cons like wifi and Netflix. The rooms were spacious and clean and have a/c. The Riad is within a complex of other riads and the pool is shared within a lovely communal space. It's within walking distance into the Old Medina, though getting to Jema El Fna is a longer, doable walk. Our host was very helpful and available via WhatsApp, arranged our pick up on arrival and helped arrange the shuttle back to the airport.

Excellent level of attention from host and level of facilities in the property.
Pros: The host contacted me within minutes of booking, guiding me on where the property is, how to retrieve the keys, and what is required for city formalities. The host was reachable day or night on WhatsApp and answered promptly, provided assistance, and guidance whenever needed. I can't fault his focus on delivering an excellent experience. I've been to 5-star hotels that are as helpful and attentive as this host- he should be proud. The kitchen is fitted with good utilities - washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, gas stove and oven. It made us feel at home. The communal swimming pool was used by the kids and was enjoyed thoroughly. The three rooms are private, comfortable and have en suite and ACs- perfect for the very hot Marrakesh summers! The living room is a very comfortable space with comfortable box sofas and a big flat screen with Netflix and YouTube- great for keeping the kids occupied when you need to get out to the Kotoubia and square.
Cons: I don't think the host could do a better job. Nothing negative which is under his control.

Pros: It was a beautiful property and well maintained. Whenever we had any issue or questions, the owner was very helpful and always available. We arrived very late due to a delayed flight, and the owner made sure he was available to ensure we reached our Riad and were able to check in. Grocery and restaurants were nearby and open till late. Will definitely recommend this to others.

Fantastic, comfortable and beautiful riad, does not disappoint!
Pros: Beautiful , huge and charming riad with excellent facilities and local services-restaurants, small grocery shops, ATM etc- right next door. About 25 mins walk from riad to souks, but we wanted to be away from the action and easy to grab a taxi right outside.. Host very responsive to our questions.
Cons: It was a little loud the first night (a Friday) so take earplugs. One of the bathrooms had an issue while we were there, but with 3 others available this was no problem!

Very beautiful property, all requirements met.
Pros: Very well equipped kitchen, safe area, beautifully property. Host provided everything.

Meilleur riad de Marrakech sans aucun conteste !
Pros: Entrée autonome Très bonne communication avec l'hôte Parking privé et toujours disponible, qui plus est, gratuit et devant les portes de la résidence Riad immense pour nous seuls, très bien équipé, propre. Hôte adorable et réactive. Points d'intérêts de la ville accessibles à pieds, 30 mn max pour les points les plus éloignés.
Cons: piscine un peu trop chlorée, prévoir des lunettes transats privatifs, mais souvent occupés, vous pouvez demander à l'hôte d'intervenir si besoin

Pros: We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit huisje! Alles was gewoon top. Het huis is prachtig ingericht, heel proper en gezellig. Wat we ook enorm waardeerden, is dat het huis heel goed verdeeld is: elke kamer had zijn eigen badkamer, wat zorgde voor veel privacy voor iedereen dat is echt een groot pluspunt. De ligging voelde veilig aan en we voelden ons meteen thuis. De host was fantastisch op elk moment bereikbaar, altijd vriendelijk en duidelijk in zijn uitleg over hoe alles werkte. Echt een heel goeie, eerlijke en behulpzame persoon. Ook de huishoudhulp verdient een dikke pluim. Ze hield alles netjes en verzorgd. Dankzij haar konden we echt genieten van een proper huis. Kortom: een prachtig verblijf, een geweldige service en mensen met het hart op de juiste plaats. We raden dit verblijf 100% aan en zouden hier met plezier nog eens terugkomen!
