Riad à Marrakech dans la Résidence Touristique Al Qaria Assiyahia

It was a good choice, worth staying in it. Things could be better with improving small things as mentioned earlier.

Pros: It was a big house with good number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Recieved Clean and tidy. Coffee shop was just outside the house that we had our breakfast daily. Grocery and pharmqcy were also nearby. The owner was very approachable and helpful.

Cons: I would like to give a humble advise to increase the number of towels as not enough. The shower gel bottels were empty and there was no daily cleaning service.

Lovely private and typical space. Nice area and position

Pros: The place is perfect for a family stay. Very typical and private. We all loved it. The residential area around is also very beautiful with swimming pool and great local restaurants. The Medina can be reached with 15/20min on foot, so very practical to walk around the city.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the place once arrived in the area. I suggest to ask the people at the gate or the restaurant if they know the place. People are generally very helpful

Safe and secure place well situated.

Pros: There was no breakfast included. We did our own arrangements for breakfast. It was a modern riad and the facilities were comfortable. It is pretty close to the airport as well as most city attractions.

Cons: We were charged extra for the number of people staying there. But there were not enough towels for all of us to use in the bathrooms. Also our car was not allowed into the campus for security so we had to offload all luggage and carry it in ourselves. The outer lock on the door required some skills to lock and unlock. It was difficult at first but we managed to get the hang of it. We were English speakers but the contact was not so fluent so there was some effort in making our needs understood 😋there were a lot of breakfast cafes but they were not fully open at 8 am so we had to get groceries like bread and milk and finish breakfast ourself. The stay did not include breakfast so that was ok.

Pros: Hassan padrone di casa persona disponibilissima, Riad a mezz’ora di camminata dalla piazza principale, pulito e molto caratteristico. Bellissima vacanza grazie ad Hassan

Pros: Hassan el anfitrión muy amable. La casa es preciosa, con decoración típica marroquí. Fuimos un grupo de nueve y es ideal por el espacio, 4 baños se agradece bastante. La zona muy segura controlada y vigilada desde la entrada al lugar. Con supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, hasta una mezquita preciosa enfrente. Justo a las afueras de la Medina donde todo es más tranquilo. Ideal para descansar.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille de 8 personnes dans ce Riad

Pros: Bel espace bien agencé et adapté à notre famille de 8. Décor typique très agréable. Facilité d’accès et le snack « Chez Samir» juste au pied de l’immeuble propose une restauration de rapport qualité -prix formidable.

Cons: Le ménage à l’arrivée laissait à désirer… Il n’y avait pas 8 assiettes ,ni 8 couteaux mais un grand nombre de tasses à café pour une cafetière hors service… Il n’y avait que 7 chaises autour de la table. Le lit king size était confortable mais le drap et les couvertures trop petits…

Superbe semaine en famille dans cet immense Riad

Pros: Riad très grand et très beau !! Tout près de la Medina. Piscine peut accessible car nous étions 7 et pouvions seulement y aller à 6, mais aussi car noire de monde. Ne comptez pas trop cuisiner sur place, il y a très peu de matériel. Mais ça n’a en rien gâché notre voyage, le Riad étant très beau et propre!

Cons: Machine à café en panne, quasiment rien pour cuisiner (1 casserole moyenne, pas de poêle, pas de micro-ondes) Piscine pour 6 (nous étions 7…) et blindée de monde.

Pros: This is the second time I book this riad; very neat and comfortable.
