Pros: Very kind and helpful host with great tips for places to visit and restaurants. Perfect location in the Medina. Nice and spacious appartment/house with small rooftop terrace, sitting area and kitchen facilites. Good price/quality.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, always helpful and attentive. The riad itself was very beautiful, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable from the first moment and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Pros: The accomodation was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and our host Aziz was just about as helpful and kind as you could want. The location is also incredible!

Friendly helpful owner, great location, quiet & cute

Pros: Exactly as described. I knew from reviews that the downstairs toilet and shower are only for smaller people. Hence I only gave a 9 score however we felt like 10. We had one very tall person in the group and he managed the upstairs bathroom. As usual in Morocco beds are much harder than what we are accustomed to however not a problem. Aziz is such a treasure, meeting us to make sure we found the blue door. Making us tea, showing us where to go for food and what to see in our very short time in Marrakesh. He also arranged the taxi and met us the following morning to walk us to the pick up location. Thoroughly recommend however you need to know the size limitation on the downstairs bathroom before booking.

Wonderful home in the medina

Pros: Aziz was a great host who assisted with many differented things during our stay. The home is a great value with it being very close to the middle of the medina.

Cons: The beds were a little uncomfortable if you're a tall individual, however given the value proposition it didn't deduct from the overall experience at all.

Pros: Aziz is a perfect host! He gave us a lot of useful information and advices. He offered us a tea when we arrived and he let us leave our luggages until late when we departed. The apartment is well located and perfect to visit the city center

Pros: Smestaj je u Medini, prolazi se kroz male i uzane ulice. Kuća je stara oko 200 godina. Za noć ili dve je ok ali za više dana bismo potražili komforniji smeštaj. Stepenice u samom smeštaju su jako strme, sobe relativno male, imaju sve neophodno. Domaćin je srdačan, dočekao nas je sa čajem i pregršt korisnih informacija vezano za Maroko i Marakeš. Samo zbog njega je ocena 9 a sam smeštaj je realna 7ica.

Cons: Mali wc ispod stepeništa u kojem ne možeš da se ispraviš dok stojiš. Klima koja ne može da ugreje dnevnu sobu(svaka spavaća soba ima klimu ali ne dopire do dnevne).

stunning traditional house

Pros: everything was fantastic. Aziz is one of the best hosts you will ever meet he met us from the taxi drop off and walked us to the apartment. once we arrived he gave us mint tea and biscuits and told us about the area and some of the best places to go. he truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and we were comfortable. the house is a beautiful traditional morrocan home really felt like we were in the heart of the city. is less than 10 mins to main square and is in the heart of the souks so a fantastic walk also very easy to find and very safe and secure. absolutely fantastic would definitely stay again when returning to marrakech.

Cons: there was nothing I did not like.

Abdelaziz was very welcoming and accommodating. Good property with central location.

Pros: Nice property with everything within walking distance. Shopping central for old city vibes. No need for car.

Cons: Steps could be precarious for small children.
