Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and incredible value for money.
Pros: The Riad is absolutely beautiful, a little oasis from the hustle bustle of downtown Marrakech outside. Extremely clean, plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms in each bedroom. Great location, a short walk into the souks. The hosts were friendly and communicative. Delicious breakfast prepared and served each morning. Very difficult to find any fault. Combined with the price, an absolute no brainer! I wont think twice about returning on my next stay in Marrakech.
Cons: A fairly minor point, but the rain gutter that descends directly down the middle of the property slightly detracts from the beauty of the property! Likely only a winter thing.

Pros: Beautiful property with great service from the host. Aziza really is an angel that took care of all our needs. Good location
Cons: Sometimes a bit noisy in the night but that can’t be helped given the location of the Riad.

Esperienza positiva nella Medina
Pros: Ideale per gruppi. Struttura appena ristrutturata. I punti di forza sono gli spazi comuni: sala da pranzo e terrazza. Stanze carine e pulite con l’indispensabile. Da segnalare la gentilezza di Aziza che ci ha accolto in tarda serata offrendoci te alla menta e biscotti di benvenuto
Cons: Qualcosa da sistemare per il riscaldamento e per i bagni di alcune stanze. Posizione buona in una via comunque frequentata ma a 15-20 min dalle principali attrazioni e ristoranti per la sera.

oasi di pace
Pros: l'accoglienza con la signora Aziza è stata molto positiva, parla inglese e francese ed è stata disponibile ad aiutarci con taxi, guida, ed ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è un'oasi pacifica ed affascinante nella medina, a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza Jemaa el-Fna. C'è una piccola piscina a piano terra ed una terrazza al secondo piano, dove fare colazione, rilassarsi o prendere il sole.
Cons: Non ci sono cose che non ci siano piaciute, se può essere d'aiuto, forse, per soggiorni di almeno 2/3 notti si potrebbe pensare al servizio pulizia stanze. La colazione potrebbe essere ampliata ad esempio con uova e frutta. Ma questi sono solo suggerimenti personali.

Pros: Riad Coco is een paradijsje in een armere buurt. We voelden ons er helemaal thuis. De kers op de taart kwam in de vorm van Aziza. Haar warmte en hulpvaardigheid was enorm.
Cons: Enige minpuntje voor ons is de hardheid van de matrassen.

Top Lage, sehr sauber und gemütlich!
Pros: Das Riad war hervorragend gelegen, mitten in der Medina und dennoch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar – eine Seltenheit in Marrakesch. Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel und geräumig, ideal für Familien. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß in der kleinen, aber erfrischenden Poolanlage. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, serviert auf einer wunderschönen Terrasse, die perfekt zum Entspannen einlädt. Das gesamte Riad war sehr sauber und äußerst gepflegt. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und ausgesprochen gemütlich – ideal zum Abschalten nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Aziza, eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Frau, die uns Morgen ein köstliches Frühstück zubereitet hat. Ihr freundliches Wesen hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Vielen Dank!

Parfait pour un EVJF de détente et de découverte de la Médina
Pros: Situé au cœur de la Médina, mais éloigné de l’agitation, le Riad Coco a été parfait pour notre groupe de 8 personnes (EVJF). Les différents espaces ont permis d’organiser des activités tout en laissant à chaque personne la possibilité de s’isoler au calme si besoin. Aziza, qui s’occupe de l’accueil et du bon déroulement du séjour, est une personne exceptionnelle de gentillesse et d’attention pour aider les visiteurs.
Cons: Le seul petit inconvénient, mais c’est inhérent au fait d’être au cœur de la médina, serait le chant du muezzine très tôt le matin pour des oreilles non habituées comme celles des Français… Mais une bonne paire de boules quies suffira pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger.
