Riad twaam

Pros: Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. Everything was simply perfect. The Riad is beautiful, newly renovated, very stylishly furnished, clean, and located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from the center and all major points of interest in Marrakech. The owner, Ahmed, took exceptional care of us—he arranged our airport transfer, helped us choose trips to the desert, and made sure we got a good price. Whatever we needed, he handled immediately and communicated flawlessly. Breakfast—traditional Moroccan, with mint tea and fresh orange juice—was prepared each day by Nora at the exact time we agreed on. I travel via Booking quite often, and things are usually good to very good, but I have never experienced everything being as perfect as it was at Riad Twaam. Thank you, Ahmed and Nora, and I look forward to returning one day.

Pros: 1. Perfect location, very close to Jemaa el Fna Square (a 10-minute walk) and a walking distance to the city's tourist attractions. The property itself is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle. Roof-top jacuzzi was a cherry on the top :) Despite the city center location you can easily relax. Riad very clean, fully equiped kitchen with three bedrroms, each with individual bathroom. 2. Breakfast prepared daily by chef Nora at the time we requested. 3. From the moment we landed in Marrakech until our return home, we were looked after by extremely friendly owner. He responded very quickly to any questions regarding our stay or recommendations for the city itself. We've never been so well cared for on any other stay. Amazingly unbelievable treatment.

Cons: Our stay was too short ;o)

Relaxing stay at the heart of Marrakech

Pros: Spacious riad with all the comforts and amenities you need for a relaxing stay after the hustle and bustle of medina. And it surely felt great to start the day at the hot tub! Great breakfast too.

Overall, I absolutely loved the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh!

Pros: Amazing stay at Riad Twaam! I had a wonderful experience at Riad Twaam in Marrakesh. The whole place has such beautiful, aesthetic vibes — every corner feels thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the patio space on the top floor; it’s the perfect spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the fresh oranges were such a lovely touch. Everything felt pitch perfect throughout my stay.

Cons: The only minor challenges were that the property was a bit difficult to locate at first, and the washrooms didn’t have doors, which might be part of the traditional design in Marrakesh. Neither of these were major issues, but worth noting.

Pros: Mr Ahmet tried to do everything to satisfy us. The cook / cleaning lady Mrs. Nora came and prepare us delicious breakfast at whatever hour we asked. Apartment itself is very well equiped and has 3 bedrooms (each with privat bathroom) + dinning room (with a kitchen) + terrace. The location is very good - 4 minutes walking to the main shopping street and 8 minutes to the main square. We can just recommend that riad (house).

Pros: We hebben echt genoten! De faciliteiten zijn precies zoals op de foto’s (op ware grootte). Alles is heel schoon en Nora is elke dag flexibel op welk tijdstip wij willen ontbijten. De eigenaar is ontzettend service gericht en geen vraag is te veel. Heel fijn verblijf om met familie te verblijven en ‘s-avonds spelletjes te spelen op het dakterras en na te genieten van de dag in de hottug met prachtige zonsondergang. Zie foto! De accomodatie is heel centraal gelegen, maar in een rustige omgeving. Wij komen zeker terug!

Pros: Logement très bien situé , trés propre. Ahmed est très gentil et accueillant. Nora nous a fait un petit déjeuner delicieux. N hesitez pas.

Cons: Juste faire attention aux escaliers
