Pros: The house was nice to stay. Karim was easy to communicate with, and helpful. Best of all he let us leave our luggage with him for a while after checking out.

Cons: I assume most of Riads would have this problem; noise from the street. People were talking loudly until 3am. Maybe because it is too close to the square.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech and loved the experience! The place is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It has three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, two big living rooms with air conditioning, and a great leisure area with a perfectly working jacuzzi. The location is excellent — very close to the markets and shopping areas, with a small grocery store right next to the riad, which was super convenient during our stay. Karim was an amazing host — always friendly, helpful, and available. Everything went perfectly. Breakfast was always varied and delicious; one day I asked for eggs, and they made them fresh on the spot — a lovely touch! I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a great location to enjoy Marrakech.
