Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Helena. The riad was spotlessly clean and so beautiful

Cons: We were in the ground floor room just behind the reception. It was a beautiful room but we could hear everyone trying the door bell and talking outside the room in the quadrangle. A small inconvenience

Very good!

Pros: Riad is very comfortable located, very clean, very nice stuff. They served us breakfast at 7 o'clock one of the days, because we had booked activity early in the morning. Recommend for travelers, not looking for a luxurious stay, but nice and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned every day. Spacious and comfortable, especially the bathroom.

Cons: The room was dark with poor light, but other rooms were brighter. It's not a problem, except if you're trying to read or work.

Pros: Quiet location by the walls of Palais Bahia. Beautiful interior, lovely and clean, nice breakfast.

Cons: The doorbell is not marked, so people use the loud door knocker, even late at night. Otherwise very peaceful.

Stay in historic place

Pros: Historic, beautiful old Riad. really nice terrace. Comfortable beds. Convenient location for restaurants, shops, excursion pick up etc.

Cons: There was a cat who made constant noise at night and early hours. I would have liked nicer towels and robe since it is spa. Logistics in spa need to be worked out, especially if more people want to enjoy spa service. Also in our room light was so dim that I could not read. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel would add to comfort. I would appreciate possibility to pay with card for spa, or at least have such warning before arrival.

Excellent choice when visiting Marrakech

Pros: We really liked our stay here. Ibraham & Hamela are wonderful hosts, they make you feel welcome and making sure all your needs are met during your stay. The location is excellent, just 10 minute walk from the main square. The Riad is super nice calm and clean. There are no outside noises, you can fully relax here after a busy day in the city. I would highly recommend staying here.
