New Bahia

Pros: Riad behind the Bahia Palace. Very good location, convenient within walking distance to the city center. Good value for money. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day.

Cons: Since there are no windows in the rooms, they are dark and humid. It was extremely cold, because you enter the room directly from the entrance area, which is open (without a roof). The room temperature is basically the same as the outside temperature. The air conditioner did not work properly — it barely heated up to 20-21°C. The breakfast was poor. Since the door has no insulation at all, you can hear everything in the entrance area — people talking, tables and chairs being moved, etc. If you’re looking for peace and privacy, it will be difficult.

Pros: The staff was exceptional and always willing to help. The location was great and worth the price.

Cons: The Internet wifi wasn't great.

Pros: Very welcoming i come early and ask to keep my luggage , but they hand me room keys , very clean Friendly staff, very professional and location is awesome

Pros: The hotel is clean and calm. It’s easy to find. You can easily communicate with the staff. Zaid, the person at the reception, is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good.

Pros: The Riad was so beautiful, peaceful, clean and we'll located. The lady who prepared breakfast was so kind and gentile along with her colleague (the young student man) forever helpful in everything. I felt such at ease and extremely comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙂

Pros: The place was very clean and calm, the staff was polite and helpful. I had a good time, I'd recommend it to people who want a chill place to stay

Cons: The breakfast could be better, it wasn't very filling

Authentic friendly riad

Pros: All the staff were lovely, very kind and friendly - shout out to Ashraf, Salma and Laila. As a solo traveller, I felt safe.

Cons: The beds are a little hard, which I didn't mind and was actually good for my back.

Pros: Our host Ashraf was amazingly helpful really appreciated his friendly manner.

Pros: The host Acraf was very helpful and kind. My room was clean, tidied up when I returned to my room at night. AC was working well. Washrooms very clean and hot water ran all the time. Breakfast served was also great. Acraf helped me with recommendations of places to go to and withdraw money and get a sim.

Cons: Everything was good.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and when there was a little confusion at check in. The staff fixed it and handled it very well.

Cons: Not having keys to get in late at night. The staff did let me in when out later than expected.
