Paradise, amazing staff

Pros: Jnan Lotf was such paradise just outside of Marrakech! The staff were very lovely and kind, especially Moustafa. The king suite was absolutely beautiful and huge and felt really luxury. The spa bath was perfect. The swimming pool is very clean and the grounds of the place are pretty to walk around. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was delicious

Pros: Location was perfect fa wedding we were attending. Peaceful surroundings, excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Food was excellent.

Great relaxing stay

Pros: Lovely, peaceful location. Our room was large and the bed so comfy (King suite) Mustafa and Ahmed look after you very well and Majid the taxi driver. We booked a private trip with Mustafa's help to Ourika and the waterfalls. You will need extra money for taxi's to Marrakech unless you hire a car.. The pool and gardens are very nice and they grow their own produce to use in the kitchen. There are lots of friendly cats :)

Pros: The quietness from the city, the room was amazing with 2 balconies and the pool area was so nice as well! Staff was so very helpful and salute to them all.

Cons: Only negative I could say is maybe the drive from and back to Marrakech, but you know what you’re getting when you’re getting when ordering the hotel and we accepted

Pros: Very quiet. Lovely pool area to relax at. Food was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Mustapha was excellent and helpful going above & beyond to assist us with our onward travel.

Cons: Wifi in furthest rooms not as reliable as main area but certainly nothing to dislike

Pros: We loved everything!!! 😍 Really exceeded expectations. I can't say enough how beautiful this place is. We were treated like king & queen from arrival to leaving, Mustafa was amazing and could not do enough for us. The hotel is really lovely, the room was amazing and huge with a view of the pool, comfy bed, and 3 balconies on different sides of the sun. Heating & air con, and huge jacuzzi bath. Pool is just awesome, lots of daybeds and loungers and you can just hear the sound of birds singing. Just a really peaceful retreat with views of the mountains. We really wanted to stay longer. Food in the restaurant was lovely and good value, huge breakfast and great drinks. They organised a good airport transfer, also helped with anything we needed - big shout-out to Mustafa. Definitely 100% recommend this place to make an amazing trip to Marrakech.

Cons: Nothing- everything was just perfect.

Pros: Everything was perfect such walm friendly staff would 100% recommend. Lots of lovely animals.

Pros: If you happen to be looking for a place to enjoy the sound of nature, either in a good company or by your own self; you shall definitely be staying Jnan Lotf. The food, the extreme kindness of the staff, the spacious cozy yet particular rooms, the birds that are perfectly drumbeating your day through the finest melodies; All of it was splendidly offered during the stay. As Mustapha said when we arrived: “here, you can hear your bones cracking” as in reference to the peaceful , quiet aspect of the place. NOTE: We extended our stay by one night, because we simply couldn’t get enough from that astonishing, calm, relaxing environment. Thank you for enabling this experience and making it an nice mini break. Special thanks to the warm staff (Mustapha, Ahmed, and the adorable lady whom I forgot the name).

Amazing place with best in class hospitality

Pros: Calm, beautiful, huge, spacious and relaxing. The staff are amazing, special thanks to Mustapha, Azouze, the waiter they were so professional and knows how to deal with clients request and hospitality. Double special kudos for the cute dog Haroush 😍

Cons: Nothing, is just amazing

It was amazing. The place was so full of character and really had a relaxed welcoming vibe. Tennis club with padel court

Pros: Accommodation and facilities were stylish and excellent. Staff incredibly helpful and food was great.

Cons: The house didn’t have enough cutlery plates and glasses for all the people staying. Had we asked I am sure it would have been provided.
