In general i would say Exceptional

Pros: The food and the staff especially the receptionist Selma. She was so friendly and helpful, the chef always made sure u enjoyed the food. The location was good n private. I will definitely re visit again

Pros: Excellent hotel, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

Cons: Only room for improvement is the price of water was a bit much. Recommend stocking up from a store when you are in the city centre.

Very beautiful and chill hotel with a nice pool

Pros: A calm boutique hotel with a limited amount of rooms. The staff is available and nice. Chilling during the day at the pool is very nice with the beds.

Cons: Transport to and from Marrakech with taxi quickly becomes expensive. A shuttle service with some fixed hours would be a big plus to this hotel.

Perfect place for a very nice, relaxing time.

Pros: The hotel was very nice, huge apartment (bigger than expected), really nice pool area, gym, and big grounds with really nice grass area and tree/plants. Staff were brilliant too.

Cons: Not really a criticism as we purposely booked outside of central Marrakesh, but was a €25 taxi from medina

Pros: Great hotel lovely staff good food. What's not to like. The only downside is its a little out of town toher thsn that perfect.

Pros: Everything about this place was top notch, the setting, the spa facility and the tranquility of the Hotel with a gym on site should you want a work out. The staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. especially Mr Shakur and Yusef the ultimate bar staff and all round breakfast and dinner hosts . The receptionists. lovely ladies. The chefs. Mouth watering food. The spa and masseuse, amazing. I am a Sport therapist myself and have to say, she was good!. The manager Salima, always had time for you and very approachable and attentive to guests needs.

Cons: Check in, we had a bit of a wait as the rooms were not ready but we did arrive early and the hotel were informed of this.

A truly stunning boutique hotel and extremely friendly.

Pros: A truly stunning small boutique hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and really looked after us. A special mention to Salah who was incredibly helpful, kind & always greeted you with a smile. The decor with amazing with the most stunning paintings. Outstanding breakfast and delicious dinners too. Garden & pool were beautiful. We played golf at The Royal Marrakech Golf Club which was excellent and the highlight of the trip was going on a hot air balloon with Marrakech Dream Balloons. It was incredible and not at all scary!

Cons: The pool could have been heated, appreciate there were only a few guests and we were out quite a lot of the time. I wouldn't not book again though for this reason. It was lovely to lay on the sunbeds around the lovely pool.
