Quiet and chill

Pros: Nice pool space, pretty quiet and so lots of space. Nice food, I think we got a better room than originally paid for. Great to chill in the sun for a few days

Cons: Further away from town than expected. The booking.com map suggests it’s near Almazar Centre but it’s really much further out of town (>7km), too far to walk. There is a bus into town though so it’s doable as long as you don’t mind waiting a while and getting a taxi back in the evening.

An Unforgettable Stay in Marrakech

Pros: Our stay at Jnane Leila was absolutely wonderful, with a truly beautiful vibe that made us feel relaxed from the very first moment. The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed and making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned every single day, which we really appreciated. Although the hotel is located just outside of Marrakech, the peaceful setting actually made the experience even more enjoyable. The outdoor areas were stunning and perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.

Pros: The hotel was really good and has a relaxing vibe. We were delighted to stay here. Our host, Adil was very nice to us, provided room upgrade, and able to accept our special request, really thankful to him, he made our stay really smooth. I'd say best option to stay there. Only pain point is it's a bit far from city center, but if you like to stay away from city noise, and relaxing environment, it is the best option, bus stop is nearby if you want public transport to travel to city center.

Pros: Great place and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only stayed there one night, but they stored my bike bag for a week. Little oasis close to the airport.

Pros: The pool is very relaxing and even if it’s cold outside it’s nice to just chill by the pool and read in a cozy ambience. There is also a bar and you can have drinks at the pool 😊 The staff was super friendly and did everything with a lot of love and we felt welcomed the whole time. It’s like a little quite nature oasis outside the busy streets of marrakech. I would definitely recommend

Pros: Liked the gardens, pool and quite location. The staff Fatima, Omar and Adil were very helpful and readily attended to our quires. Room has it own private terrace.

Exceptional

Pros: Myself and my daughter loved our stay in Jnane Leila. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely suite and were welcomed with traditional tea. Fatima and Omar were exceptional, all the staff are so friendly and clearly take pride in looking after their guests. Fatima booked reliable taxis and organised a private tour for us to the Atlas Mountains. On our trip to the mountains our driver kept a watchful eye on us, we didn't realise he was watching out for us until we were being hastled by a very obnoxious guide and he came to our rescue. We had all of our meals in Jnane Lelia as the food was so good. After being in the Medina for the day it was bliss to return to the tranquility of the garden by the pool for dinner and to unwind. It's about 10 minutes by taxi to the main square. We will definitely return to stay there and miss it and the cats already. Thank you for making our first trip to Marrakesh so enjoyable 🥰

Nice to get away from the bustle of the city

Pros: Staff are lovely. Unobtrusive but happy to help. My toilet flush wasn’t working when I arrived but it was fixed within 5 minutes of reporting it. The man on the night shift helped me get rid of a cockroach that had taken a wrong turn and ended up in my room! Lovely gardens, lots of little seating areas to get out of the sun or just to have some quiet time with a book. Only a 10 min drive from the centre but I booked the guest house specifically to relax at the end of a busy holiday so was quite happy to sit by the pool all day. Food is good, breakfast is Moroccan-yogurt, pastries, bread, boiled eggs, cheese, fruit. Very typical to what I’d experienced throughout Morocco. Bar serves alcohol if you want it. Food prices were very reasonable. Must pay in cash for food and drink at the bar, euro or dirham. Pool towels provided.

Cons: The rooms are quite dark with hardly any natural light.
