Cons: Sharing a washroom is a new concept for me, but quite manageable. Also, better introduction to the space and its facilities would have been helpful.

Pros: Superb accommodation option on the airport side of the capital. Omar is a lovely host and was very attentive and willing to help. The residence feels kind-of like a high-end hostel, but with private rooms and a pool. If you can handle the shared spaces, this is pretty much perfect.

Cons: The shower room feels a little small.

Pros: This villa is a great option if you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay in Marrakech away from the noise. The host are very welcoming and helpful. The house is honestly a home away from home like in the description, very clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons: The breakfast gets a bit repetitive if you are staying for long as its typical Moroccan but it does the job.

Pros: The villa was modern and very clean. Good sized rooms and the rooftop. Omar and the housekeeper (I didn’t catch his name) but they were both delightful

Comfy bed!

Pros: Quite possibly Boutique Amani has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! That will be my abiding memory of the place, apart from the very tasteful decor elsewhere. I especially liked the service and welcome; including the hospitality at breakfast.

Cons: The location. It is a beautiful house but set in quite a rough looking suburb (not in terms of safety, but in terms of development). A new mall is being built nearby, but I went to an established one which was about 5 minutes' walk from the house.

Wonderful stay - 10/10

Pros: Ideally located near the airport, Villa Boutique Amani offers an excellent value for money. Our room was spacious and very clean. The villa had all amenities. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Pluspoints for a traditional Moroccan breakfast and house cats. Choukrane!

Pros: We really liked the inside of the house — the kitchen and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The layout was practical and the atmosphere pleasant, making it easy to feel at home from the very beginning. The spaces were well organized and nicely furnished, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated how tidy and well maintained everything was, which added to the overall comfort.

Cons: The only disappointing aspect was the pool, which was supposed to be heated but wasn’t. During our three-day stay, the temperature didn’t change at all. Even after informing the manager, the explanations we received were unclear and somewhat unrealistic. This was unfortunate, as the heated pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property.
