Pros: It’s beautiful and serene very quiet at night despite the proximity of the Square and souks

Cons: The little alleyway to it is poorly lit and grubby and a stroppy teenager seems to hovers frequently at the top of it telling you it’s closed and insisting he’ll guide you another way - which is tedious and annoying

Pros: Great hospitalty, very friendly host, beautiful small hotel

Superb venue for a few nights away

Pros: The property was very relaxing and peaceful in a crazy city. Ehab and his staff were most courteous and nothing was too much to ask for.

Cons: Nothing. It was well located and comfortable.

The best first experience to Morroco

Pros: I loved the high end detail and authenticity of this riad. Really calm and quiet, such good breakfast and very helpful friendly staff, arranged my trips after I shared where I would like to visit arranged a car to and from, really pleasant driver who showed us a few more places along the way that we wasn’t aware of.

Good value for money

Pros: The breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and the little pool was nice.

Cons: Bathroom felt abit tired.

Tranquil oasis in the heart of Marrakech

Pros: Riadh Les Hibiscus was a little oasis of calm in the hubbub of the busy city of Marrakech. The location was great. Just a stone’s throw from the Jemaa el Fnaa square. We had our two young kids with us, meaning we could escape back to our room at a moment’s notice if everything got too overwhelming for them. The staff were lovely, and helped us out with everything we could need - laundry service, directions, arranging transport to the airport, and the incredibly necessary pots of mint tea once the girls were asleep. We always looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which included homemade bread and pancakes, with eggs, honey and tasty tomato and carrot jams. The roof terrace was also lovely when the weather was warm enough. The rooms were well-furnished, and comfortable. With all rooms facing the interior courtyard (as all Riads are, I think) it was quiet - even for the morning call to prayer (!) - and not too bright first thing in the morning.

Pros: Excellent location. A serene and calm oasis, which is appreciated after the sensory overload of the city. Staff lovely, couldn’t be more helpful.

An attractive well located riad.

Pros: Les Hibiscus is a very attractive Riad in the centre of the medina, full of local atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: We were very cold in mid January and there was insufficient heating in the bedroom. Lighting in the room was poor and we found the bed exceptionally hard. Although we occupied a junior suite there was no separate bathroom—the wash basin was in the room and the shower was in an alcove.

Beautiful Riad with friendly hosts and delicious breakfast!

Pros: Beautiful riad, friendliest host Hassan - such a wonderful breakfast too. The bedroom was stunning and the whole place very clean. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!
