Marrakech medina inn

Pros: We had a great stay here. The place was clean, spacious and well equipped. The location is perfect, very close to the main square in Marrakech, so everything in the Medina is within walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location within easy walking distance of restaurants, soak etc

Pros: The location is excellent. Right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of restaurants, museums, and the souk. It was very convenient to come and go as we wished, allowing us to rest in the apartment and enjoy the city at our own pace. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We noticed from previous reviews that the host takes guest feedback seriously and continuously improves the hospitality experience, which we truly appreciated. We travelled in mid-February, and the apartment was pleasantly warm without being too hot. We did not need to use the AC or heating and enjoyed having breakfast and spending evenings on the rooftop terrace. The host kindly provided extra towels upon request and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything was simple, smooth, and well organised. The host was discreet yet always available and helpful whenever needed.

Excellent large apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment was located centrally off the main square. The host communicated well throughout and were met nearby with the keys and shown around. It was a large apartment and very comfortable with good facilities including WiFi and an outside terrace. My friend and I had a great time staying there. There are numerous restaurants close by as well as a restaurant/bar, general store and coffee vendor opposite. Everything was in walking distance.

Loved the place. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Brilliant location. A minutes’s walk from cafe de France and the main square. And quite close to Bahia palace, le JARDIN though we didn’t go to the garden. Spacious apartment. Amazing terrace. Good and quick service from the owner. We requested for an hour and a half extra for check out which they said they would tell us on the day but said if they couldn’t do it they will keep our luggage in their family shop downstairs which would have helped as well. We did get the extra time on the day which was great. They had aircon but we didn’t need it as Feb is still a bit cold.

Cons: There wasn’t anything to dislike just a couple of things which might have made it more comfortable. The bathrooms could have had a few mats in front of the shower, basin as the floor was quite cold at this time of the year. Maybe a couple of room heaters to switch in the early morning. But not big issues at all. It is this time of the year which most likely made it cold inside otherwise most likely after March it gets quite hot.

Pros: Great location, very close to Medina/el-Fna. Area had all the attractions you might want, everything was within walking distance, and it felt very safe. Apartment is big, spacious and good facilities. Roof terrace is amazing, really big, private and great views. Host was really helpful and friendly.

Cons: The directions on Booking.com were poor. As with all Riads in Morocco, it's always best to call the host and they will guide you.

Nice apartment in the city center

Pros: The location is ideal, right in the heart of the square—a lively and vibrant area. Expect constant noise, especially in the morning when the cleaning vehicles pass by. Transport is only permitted from early morning until 13:00, after which cars and taxis are not allowed, so reaching the property will require a few minutes of walking.

Cons: Constant noise and no transport allowed after 1300.

Highly recommended accommodation, excellent customer service. No complaints at all

Pros: Would highly recommend staying at Marrakech Medina Inn. The hosts, Issam and his brother Taoufik provided exceptional customer service. From booking all queries were answered and they went out of their way to be helpful for the whole duration of our stay. They arranged transport and were very friendly. The location is perfect and could not be any more central as just 2 min walk from main square. The apartment was large and comfortable and as 4 females we felt very safe. Would be happy to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

Cons: There was nothing not to like as we were very pleased with our stay. The only additions/ suggestions would be to have 2 keys available, a tea towel in the kitchen, small bins in the bedrooms and a mirror in second bedroom. As 4 females an extra mirror would have helped! Overall, no complaints at all with the service or accommodation. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
