Pros: Good localization, fast chat contact with the host, cleanness.

Cons: Bathroom divided from toalet in a distance of corridor - not comfi. House assistant speaks french only, additional 10eur tax for two people and two nights seams to be too much.

Pros: Great location in the middle of the old city. It is as advertised and as expected. Great value for money. Host and his team were welcoming and easy to communicate with. Breakfast on the rooftop was a great touch to end my stay in marrakech

Cons: Few things need fixing, but nothing worth mentioning. Expect some noise due to its location, apart from that, its a great deal

Great for a city break.

Pros: The owner has been quite helpful. There is basically everything you need for a short trip. There is a hairdryer for instance, which was important for us. They even put a portable device to weigh out bags. The bathroom was like a hammam.

Cons: The stairs were a bit steep.

Pros: I was very amazed to find out everything that was available to accommodate the guest so well. It was neat, clean and comfortable . The host very attentive and cooperative. Even offered us to stay longer as the other check-in was late. Very happy

Cons: Nothing as such , only stairs but it’s very common with all properties

Pros: Everything about this property is fantastic! The location is excellent, close to all major attractions, and great restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away at most. The area is very safe, and the property itself is beautifully decorated, offering everything you need for a comfortable short holiday in Marrakesh. We had the pleasure of meeting Hasnaa, the wonderful lady who takes care of the property. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Marrakesh!

Pros: Very comfortable apartment in the centre of jma fna very busy location and easy to find, apartment owner was very kind and allowed us to stay longer for checkout aswell!

Pros: Unit was clean and spacious and all to myself. Separate toilet and shower facilities plus another sauna room which I didn't get to use. Location is top notch as it is right smack within Derb Dabachi and Jema Al-Fna area. Rooftop terrace is a nice bonus too.

Cons: Took me a little longer to find the place as no signage outside until you get into a little corner after the tour offices on the side. Otherwise everything was satisfactory and well up to expectations.

Exceptional, Very Good Location. Good price for students.

Pros: Location is perfect. You live 1 minute walk away from Jemma al Fna. Everything is within a walking distance, no need for transport. Host was very accomodating, any questions were answered promptly.

Cons: It can get cold at night in winter, so make sure you put another layer on when sleeping.
