Pros: Close proximity to everywhere . The bedroom is very spacious and the toilet and shower area. The hotel will benefit from having a communal room with microwave abd electric kettle
Cons: The same breakfast everyday comprises fried egg, bread, cake, tea or coffee.

The heart & soul hotel of Marrakesh.
Pros: I love Marrakesh and I casually transit through Marrakesh airport from Europe on the way to Rabat… I choose my stay at the Hotel CTM for a purpose to delight myself with the square ambiance and be in the proximity of the medina…and bazaars. I’ve learned that this establishment, was the first modern hotel built inside the medina by the European colonial early 20th century, the hotel itself somehow felt like a pioneer of modernity, sincerely a charming place. I have enjoyed sitting in the arched courtyard…. The panoramic terrace also has a breathtaking view of the square. The waitress and staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and the housekeeper ladies were over the top. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and practical.
Cons: A nightmarish daytime receptionist! Some hotels or Riad in accordance with Moroccan customs and hospitality Riadh you are offered a cold drink or mint tea upon arrival, a simple gesture of welcoming you at least, but not important for me personally. The day of my arrival, I arrived at the hotel around 14:00 +/-, the receptionist, a gentleman slouching on the chair, didn’t customary stand up to greet or show courtesy upon my arrival ((not required but important part of his job description if you choose to work as a hotel receptionist)), I introduced myself and told him in a colloquial French that I had a reservation and that I am expected by Hotel CTM for a two nights stay. Without hesitation or checking my references said: “I have no guest reserved by that name” I mentioned that I had confirmation sent by the hotel through Booking.com that I’m expected to arrive between the hours of 12-13, and immediately I showed him the confirmation on my phone, he stood up and look at it and asked if I paid. I showed him the line where it says (PAYÉ) paid with my Amex card, then the argument started to get heated when he bizarrely said that “we closed the booking.com—system is closed on their hotel system”, at that moment I snapped and I had to raise my voice and the Moroccan in me got activated and and I couldn’t bring myself down, i yelled at him in Arabic darija saying “ I am from Morocco and don’t play game with me and you are a liar…” I felt sorry for my attitude and my behaviour, I am usually a calm person and I have worked also in the hotel branch for many years, no souls deserves to be mistreated or yelled at anytime. But forward everything, it all went well, I’ve enjoyed my stay, had a lot of fun…and I assume my comment would help correct him, learn from previous mistakes and hopefully these incidents would not be repeated.

Pros: Die Lage. Zentrum des Spektakels, äußerst touristisch. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet. \
Cons: Toilettenbrille /-Aufsatz war sehr, sehr locker. They will fix it. Marrakesch z.Zt. sehr kalt, Höhenlage 470 m. Bettdecke nicht sehr wärmend..
