Wouldnt stay again due to WIFI issues

Pros: Close to main train station. Comfortable bed. Good shower

Cons: When using stairs the lights take time to come on so you are in the dark for a couple of seconds. There is a lift for 2 people. WIFI not usable in one of the bedrooms. Needs upgrading. Ignore the word Penthouse in the name

A good place to live while writing a book

Pros: I stayed here on two occasions – the first with my wife and two of her friends in a two-bedroomed apartment, and the second by myself in a one-bedroomed apartment. Both apartments were comfortable and in fact the one-bedroomed apartment, with roof-top access, was more spacious. Rachid at reception was most helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Pros: Aziz was sooo sooo lovely! and quick to respond if we needed anything! The place had beautiful rooftop and sunset views! It was clean and everything you need for your stay in Marrakech!

Moroccan style and spacious rooms.

Pros: The Moroccan decor was nice. The room was spacious. Separate bedroom. Nice outside room terrace. Very clean.

Cons: The internet was slow and constantly disconnected. The roof terrace could be improved with some relaxing seating.

Pros: Without hesitation we return to this location. It is consistently in a great location, good cleanliness, very nice reception by the guardien.

Cons: Nothing. We decided to stay longer.

Penthouse

Pros: The location is central to the train station and a Carrefour express, as well as 24 hour hanout just downstairs with the usual beverages snacks and also bread. On arrival cleaning ladies were finishing their thoroughly washing all floors and furniture was impeccably clean. Should one want a tagine there are a few locations just 1 or 2 blocks away

Cons: Just that it's not possible to stay much longer. There is always the typical cacophony of Gueliz which some may or may not prefer.
