Excellent experience!

Pros: The location is amazing. In the heart of Gueliz. Walkable or short taxi to the main square, Hivernage, Majorelle etc. Tons of great shops, cafes and restaurants close by.

Cons: There is a nightclub downstairs so you can hear a little noise in the front living room and bedroom. It didn't bother me, but something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.
