Pros: OK, this is a nice apartment, in what appears a reasonably affluent neighbourhood. The beds were comfy, a nice spacious shower with separate toilet, small but perfectly adequate kitchen/diner. Electric shutters to the windows, good wifi and, apartment wise, really nothing to complain about. Best of all is a coffee machine with filters and ground coffee provided! Easy run to the airport (5 mins) if you have a hire car, and getting to the apartment locale is easy enough. The host and myself had to converse via Google Translate which probably reinforced the lost in translation sentiment, but there were no issues whatsoever. For dinner go up the road to the T junction where the mosque is and look to your left - there is a butcher shop with a charcoal grill (behind the other butchers shop on the corner). Order the meat you want and they cook it for you there and then (it comes with bread/olives/salad). Remarkably cheap and delicious

Cons: Thanks to other reviewers who have highlighted this - the given address does not correspond on Google maps to where the apartment actually is. Use the map that the host sends you to navigate to the approximate locale (look for the crossroad with a big coffee shop on 3 of the 4 corners perhaps 300m from the mosque at the end of the street) and the apartment is in the block without a coffee shop. Get in contact with the host and she will come and show you where it is - it would be impossible to find otherwise. Eating wise there are not many restaurants that we could find, and all that are there are your standard tajine/pizza/taco/burger joints.

Pros: L'hote est super accueillante et gentille, il fait bon vivre dans l'appartement, la ruelle est très calme. La déco est magnifique et les équipements vous font oublier que vous n'êtes pas à la maison.

Appartement très propre

Pros: Appartement et literie très propre. Tout est à disposition dans l'appartement. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Nouzha qui est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Merci Nouzha 👍

Cons: Le voisinage qui est un peu trop bruyant le soir. Surtout le voisin du palier d'en face. Le chauffage fonctionne très bien mais il est placé dans la cuisine alors ça ne chauffe pas tout l'appartement. Il y'a un chauffage d'appoint que nous avons vu trop tard mais il ne faisait pas si froid que ça.

Great new apartment in between marrakech & agafey

Pros: The apartment and its organisation is very new and modern. Someone really tried to make this place a great stay with wall paintings, clean furniture, balcony, carpets, etc. The location is near a road, but on the inside. Hence the place is not too noisy. Also, the parking is very convincing as we could just look out of the window to check on the car. The amenities like a coffee machine, kitchen equipment, etc were on point. The separate bathroom and toilet was a very good feature given we were multiple people staying and wanted to use one or both in the morning. Nouzha was very helpful despite the language barrier.

Cons: Communication - the address issue needs to be cleared up as multiple reviews mention the same issue. My suggestion is to update the address and probably add some image and text of the property on the map. Booking com needs to be used a bit more properly like accepting check-in times and adding some welcome messages with detailed check-in information. This will help and confusion & make it a great property. Cleanliness - while they tried to keep things clean, some of the things they use are very hard to clean. For example they use too many carpets that are always collecting dust. Also, on the bed, two of the layers on blankets have too many decorations hanging to the floor that gets dirty very easily. Using something simple would help keep the place and furnitures clean

Cons: Първо адреса , който е подаден в Booking не е този грешен е , намира се на 6 километра от зададения на съвсем друго място .Благодарение на шофьора на таксито с което бяхме , който говори арабски и френски след като се свързах по телефона с домакина на апартамента.Шофьора ни говори с домакина на френски език и тя му обясни къде точно да ни закара .Домакина НЕ говори АНГЛИЙСКИ , само френски и марокански език. След като намерихме апартамента, тя тепърва започна да чисти и да сменя кърпи чаршафи и така нататък.
