Pros: This was in a perfect location for us as we wanted to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the Medina and Jamma El Fna and it was a fairly easy 20 minute walk in. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable - there is also a lovely rooftop with pool and great views. There are supermarkets close by and our accommodation contact Oussama, who was really great, took me to show where they were when we arrived. Organisation and contact with the hotel was fantastic via WhatsApp groups. Finally, if you need to leave your luggage somewhere before you leave, you can do so nearby where the accommodation owners also run a luggage storage business. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment.

Modern apartment in walking distance of the Medina

Pros: This is a good modern apartment with a spacious living area, balconies on 2 sides, and a nice kitchen. The bedroom is modest in size but comfortable, and the shower room is functional. The apartment is very secure, and a shared pool on the roof is a lovely addition. Gueliz is a little out of the centre which makes it a quieter prospect. Rapidly developing with shops geared to a more Western taste makes the area very accessible for visitors like ourselves.

Cons: The apartment was clean overall and bedding fresh, but did need a scrub in the shower area.

Perfect quiet apartment easy walk to Medina and new shopping areas and close to majorelle gardens

Pros: Location was perfect for both old and new parts of city

Une bonne solution au logement pour visiter la superbe Marrakech.

Pros: Grand appartement moderne bien équipé. Traversant avec une terrasse meublée et un balcon. Dans un quartier plutôt calme. Décoré avec de beaux objets de l'artisanat marocain. L'immeuble n'est pas très loin de la médina, même à pied. À côté d'un grand centre commercial et de restaurants.

Cons: Mais l'immeuble est mal insonorisé et on y entend souvent du bruit la nuit (nous y avons passé 2 fois 3 nuits). Pour les repas il n'y a qu'une table basse. La salle de bains est mal éclairée. La petite piscine est peu profonde et il est difficile d'y nager mais on y a une vue panoramique. Le jeune homme de l'agence est serviable mais pas très souvent à l'heure.
