Pros: The apartment owner, Karim, is an incredibly helpful, warm, and kind person. He supported us at every stage of our stay — even before our arrival, he sent us detailed directions, sightseeing tips, and advice on how to get around Marrakech ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend this place to families with children! A beautiful patio and rooftop, a wonderful neighborhood away from the noisy city center, yet very close to a bus stop. For just 4 dirhams, the city bus takes you directly to Jemaa el-Fna Square.

Pros: The appartment Is perfect, clean and spacious. Karim is very kind and he provided us many information via wassup. Free available parking spots, in front of the apartment

Pros: I had read such great reviews about the apartment and the host. In my own experience did not faulter. Kamil is an excellent host whos priority is your best stay possible. He went above and beyond duty during our stay but there is not enough room to write it all. Defo will return here.

Cons: Only fault was finding taxi willing to take us back to the area we were staying as most prefer to stay in the medina. It is only a 10 minute drive from the city. I rang kamil and he sorted everything for us by speaking to the taxi driver. He even gave us an app to download for taxi services without getting ripped off as a tourist.

Pros: The rooftop was exceptional, all facilities clean and well presented, anything you needed Karim was more than happy to assist.

Pros: When you arrive at 3.00 AM and host expects you with the smile, than you know you are at the right place. Karim is superb.

Pros: Our stay at Karim and Naima’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! They truly went above and beyond with their hospitality and support, making us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organised, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. From cookware to toiletries, cleaning supplies, and even a clothes steamer - everything was thoughtfully provided. The WiFi was excellent, the TV worked perfectly, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm Marrakech weather. The rooftop was another highlight - spacious, peaceful, and offering absolutely stunning views. Karim’s attention to detail and kindness made the apartment feel like a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and Karim’s wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌷🥰

Very pleased

Pros: Clean clean clean, has all what you need. Naima and Karim are very nice host. They gift us a large bottle of cold mineral water which I thought is good gesture.

Cons: Air conditioning in the second bedroom is a must, too hot in marakesh

Pros: Great property great host from start to finish (switch the gas on under the Hob) Witch was not problem the place was spotlessly clean and real quiet and peaceful, the roof terrace was fabulous and comfortable

Cons: It was a little out the way of the city ,, but taxis are very cheap , the location was peaceful and you local people are great as of most Moroccans are , I am British and have been traveling to Morocco for some years now and yes it’s a completely different world out there compared to Uk but a real nice friendly place
