Pros: My favourite apartment in Morocco. Could easily live here full time. The apartment has everything you need, so clean and comfortable. Karim is the best host! Can’t recommend this apartment enough.

Pros: Karim was a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was large and lovely and contains everything you need. The terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The neighbourhood was great...heaps of restaurants and friendly locals. You are away from the hoardes of tourists but still close enough to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pros: terrace is great and inside its better than on photo (by my perspective), Karim is well educated owner (with long experiences in Canada, very rare between Morocans), he is always ready on phone to help, even i made my booking at 19:59 with arrive at 20:30… no problem, all with smile The best place i had in Moroco (and i took about 30;)

Exceeded expectations, wonderful apartment
Pros: Everything! I have spent many years travelling the length of Morocco and this is the nicest apartment I have stayed in so far. The apartment was so clean, it was well equipped with everything we needed and the communication from Karim the owner was really fabulous. It is around 20 minutes from the main Medina so nice and calm but plenty of shops, bakeries etc locally for anything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a real added bonus. The terrasse was so lovely, just to relax in early morning or late at night. I would highly recommend this apartment and definitely will be returning again on my next visit to Marrakech. Thank you very much Karim.

Pros: Everything! The terrace is absolutly amazing, the house, and the flat is nice, clean, and the owner, Karim is one of the kindest host, we ever met. Fast communication, good english. Location is very good as well. Highly recommended!

Great apartment
Pros: Apartment was great, had everything we needed and terrace was fantastic. Host was great and check in was first class, this was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in in Marrakesh. It was close to local shops but far enough away from the centre that you weren’t disturbed.
Cons: This is not a criticism of property as it was great but for travellers with mobility issues or heavy luggage be aware this property is on 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Best place we stayed in Morocco — spotless, cozy, and incredibly thoughtful hosts!
Pros: Service at the level of Europe’s best hotels! From the start, we received detailed check-in instructions, help adjusting to our travel schedule, and a list of local spots to eat, shop, and explore. So thoughtful, helpful, and kind! The apartment is even better than the photos — they can’t capture how cozy and comfortable it truly is. Everything is super clean and well-equipped: steamer, hangers, washing machine, coffeemaker, drying rack — everything you might need! The private terrace is amazing, and from the shared rooftop you can see the Atlas Mountains, relax on sunbeds, or enjoy the little play area for kids. Huge thanks to Karim and Naima for their kindness, care, tips on local parking rules and fines, and warm hospitality. Truly the best place we stayed during our 15 days in Morocco!

Pros: The property was spot on , I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to have a peaceful morning as you wake up with birds singing and we have used the terrace so much during the stay there . Karim has been very helpful and reliable and always very easy to reach out to him when needed.
