Pros: Perfect accommodation, 15 minutes by car from the Medina. Beautiful villa with 2 balconies, a terrace with garden view and a rooftop terrace. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious and quite area. We were offered breakfast and dinner. The house is spacious, we were a family of 4 adults and 3 children, it suited us. The Host is very friendly and helpful, reachable via WhatsApp.

Family trip with 2 kids and 4 adults
Pros: A big house in a safe and secure estate, well equipped, a big garden. The owner Mr. Imad was so helpful for everything, he introduced the transport companies which we have been given the best price and he arranged a lady who helped us for a dinner and breakfast. He was online whenever we needed and answered all our questions very quickly, really appreciate for being a super host.
Cons: Nothing thanks to Mr Imad.

Great stay with family
Pros: We had some issues getting in when we arrived. The host solved this problem very quickly. The house is spacious, We were 5 adults and 2 children, and it suited us well. We were offered breakfast every morning and it was very convenient. The host was always available on phone/WhatsApp which was very reassuring. The swimming pool and play area were lovely, the children enjoyed. There are security guards at the gate. We could come and and out at any time and felt safe.
Cons: One of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned.

Fantastic stay at a great house with everything that you need.
Pros: Great HOST, with everything organised via WhatsApp. Super nice semi detached house on three floors with lots of verandas and a private garden. Netflix, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very accessible to Marrakech and you can be in the center of the city within 25 mins. We have had some challenging times with hosts in Morocco and this property was an absolute pleasure with everything perfectly arranged for us.
Cons: Nothing at all. All very good.

Une belle maison propre bien équipée pour des vacances parfaite.
Pros: Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cette belle maison spacieuse et confortable. Elle est parfaitement équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le jardin privé est superbe, idéal pour profiter du solei ou prendre un repas, et la piscine était propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable de la maison, ce qui témoigne d'une excellente hygiène. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances relaxantes . Le propriétaire est à l écoute +++

Je recommande cet endroit et j’y retournerai sans hésitation
Pros: La maison est vraiment très sympa, la résidence est magnifique. Imad est au petit soin et Nouhaila cuisine des plats succulents.
Cons: Des petites améliorations rendraient le séjour encore mieux : plus de vaisselles, petite poubelle dans la chambre parentale, lumière dans le jardin.

Séjour très agréable en famille
Pros: Nous avons apprécié l’attention du propriétaire, qui tout au long de notre séjour a été prévenant et à l’écoute de nos besoins. L’hébergement est vraiment agréable car situé dans un cadre verdoyant; il est confortable et calme. Nous avons apprécié le rooftop, la terrasse et le petit jardin. Grace au propriétaire, nous avons pu profiter des services d’une cuisinière pour les petit-déjeuners et la préparation d’un couscous. Par contre, il faut bien prendre en compte que la localisation de la résidence nécessite un véhicule pour se rendre sur Marrakech. De notre côté, c’est ce que nous recherchions : le côté apaisant des lieux après avoir déambulé dans la ville . C’était très bien. Nous y retournerons !
Cons: Savoir que la piscine était fermée le lundi et mardi…
