Would 100% recommend staying here.

Pros: The property was absolutely beautiful and very practical for all our needs. The roof top terrace was exceptional for quiet and relaxation after days exploring the Atlas Mountains and the Agafay Desert. Our host was super helpful, friendly, polite and very quick to respond via WhatsApp with any questions we had. It was nice to be a little distance away from the busy city centre

Amazing peaceful apartment

Pros: As soon as we arrived to the apartment we knew we had made the right choice , beautiful apartment everything we needed,fully equipped kitchen ,comfy bed slept really well all week .2 pools to choose from although one was not open everyday , felt really safe in the gated residential complex , the roof top terrace was amazing & we had it all to ourselves ,Ali our host was Very helpful & informative & knew we could message him anytime if we needed anything .

Cons: The only niggle was it was just a bit far out of Marrakech & a mini carrefour supermarket on sight would be perfect to get food & drinks without getting a taxi .

The most Perfect stay

Pros: Dar ou Bahssou exceeded our expectations!! The apartment itself was so clean and prestige, it had everything we needed. The views from the rooftop area are sensational and we spent a lot of time at the appartment because of how wonderful it was. We are all ready looking to book again. The location was perfect for us, we could easily get taxis to areas we needed to be at an affordable price.

Pros: We had a few accommodations in option for our holidays, but all the positive messages about the host, Ali, convinced us to go for this one. Boy was that the right choice. Ali helped every step of the way, got us quick and easy to the apartment from the airport, got us in contact with a secure, kind driver Abdou who's then helped us the whole week with going up to city centre, the store, to activities, the waterpark etc. All the while, Ali was still in touch if we had any questions. He helped us get a spot at a local restaurant that was fully booked (literally gave the phone to the manager, after which Ali convinced them to give us a nice terrace spot). Also, the roof terrace (which is private for people staying here), is fantastic. Everything's in perfect state, shower's clean.

Cons: Be aware that the location is in a gated community, around 20min drive away from the centre (old medina). There's no store or restaurant on the premises. Having a driver, ordering a taxi or renting a car are a must to get around.

Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectations - bright, clean and peaceful. Ali, the host, was kind enough to arrange transport from the airport to the apartment, due to our late arrival time. Ali also left us some fresh fruit, yoghurts and hot drinks for our arrival, which was much appreciated. When there is less traffic, the apartment is 15-20mins from the airport, but can take longer during busy periods (which can’t be helped of course). The apartment is well furnished, and the roof terrace is a tranquil place to unwind. The staff/security at the complex are friendly, with 2 pools, 3G football pitch and basketball area to keep you active, if you so wish. We cycled to the medinas, and took taxis in/out of the centre (€10-15 each way). It may be worth considering a hire car if you wish to venture further afield.

Cons: There is a small shop outside of the complex, about a mile up the road, which stocks basic food/drink/toiletries. With a larger Cash and Carry style shop, approx 3 miles away for more choice. As there is no shop/food and drink amenities on site. However this is not a bad reflection on the apartment itself, just something worth bearing in mind.

Beautiful modern apartment with amazing moroccan terrace!

Pros: Very beautiful apartment with a beautiful balcony and big terrace!! Quiet resort, not far from the city center with car, and Ali (the owner) is very helpful and will support you with anything anytime!! Big thanks! We really loved it!

Pros: Friendly and welcoming host. Easy to communicate with and helpful. Amazing roof top terrance with beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains. The apartment is well furnished and spacious, we felt at home. Very clean and well maintained with toiletries which was appreciated. 18min by car from the airport

Pros: Séjour parfait ! L’appartement a dépassé toutes nos attentes : très confortable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipé. Les deux terrasses, dont une magnifique sur le toit avec salon de jardin et transats, sont un véritable atout. Nous avons adoré le calme absolu, la vue sur les champs d’oliviers et les réveils au chant des oiseaux. La piscine est à quelques pas seulement. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

En un mot : parfait !

Pros: Nous avons logé à Dar Ou Bahssou pour nos vacances en famille, et ce petit bijoux a fait partie intégrante de nos vacances <3 L'appartement est tout a fait agréable, situé dans une résidence sécurisé du côté du golf de l'Atlas. La résidence est calme et très agréable, mais la vraie surprise de ce logement se trouve en haut des escaliers de la terrasse, qui mène vers le plus beau rooftop que je n'ai jamais vu : une vue incroyable sur l'Atlas et les champs d'olivier n'a égale que la quiétude de l'endroit. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter le logement, un petit havre de paix au calme qui permet de s'échapper de l'effervescence de Marrakech. Enfin, le propriétaire a été d'une grande aide pendant notre séjour, c'est une personne adorable et extrêmement prévenante. En bref, si nous devons revenir, nous relouerons au même endroit, tout était parfait ! Merci encore !

Pros: Apparemment avec une décoration soignée, très bien équipé et surtout très confortable, une terrasse magnifique avec vue sur l'Atlas. Un hôte disponible et très à l'écoute. Le fait que le logement soit un petit peu éloigné du centre le rend calme et paisible. Je recommande sans hésiter.
