Pros: Super position in Hivernage, taxi station to the right, good straight forwards cafe beneath. Don't forget to haggle with the taxi drivers as they will take the micky.

Pros: Very beautiful apartment, easy to locate, walking distance from major spots in the city. It was very clean and comfortable with working amenities. We were made to feel very welcome. 10/10 across board.

Pros: A brand new apartment with everything you may need to stay one week to see the city, very nicely decorated, everything works. It's very close to the rail station. the Menara Shopping Mall and the shopping area of Guéliz. Restaurants of all types nearby in a modern building with 24/7 security.

Cons: Not ideal for those looking to do remote work or work as digital nomads, as there is no suitable table and chairs inside the apartment and no electric sockets in the seating area. Not a deal breaker, but maybe something for the host to consider. There was no warning of the thundering hammering in a building site nextdoor during the day.

Lovely apartment in good neighborhood.

Pros: The owner was extremely helpful and informative. There is no need to wait for someone to give you the keys as there is a code directly on the door. The location is good for the day trips pickups, also is close to the airport. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The wifi is good.

Cons: If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs or you won't be able to sleep for a minute. The noise from the street is constant. It would been good to have coffee or tee. There is a restaurant in the same building but we waited for 1.5 hours for our food and at the end they wanted us to pay service fee on top of the bill.

Perfect stay if you need to take the bus from marrakech to another city.

Pros: The appartement had everything we needed. It was super modern and also very clean. The bed was cozy and the we also had a living room, so it was spacious. Also the appartements had security that were there 24/7 - so we felt very safe!

Cons: For us it was perfect because the appartement is veeery close to the bus stops. So if you plan to take the bis from marrakech to another city i highly recommend you to book this apprtement. If you want to stay in marrakech then its a bit far from the medina.

I recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Marrakech

Pros: It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is small but well organized and bright, and everything was clean and well maintained. The place is comfortable and close to all amenities, and I truly felt at home. The building guard was very kind and respectful, and the landlord was very nice and helpful, which made me feel even more at ease. I recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy their stay and relax in Marrakech. 🥰

This apartment can match anywhere in the world

Pros: This place was so clean you could eat of the floor. Beautiful apartment and balcony next door to the CTN coach station and food outlets. The wifi was as fast as any i have seen anywhere in the world. Tv had a lot of american English speaking movies on channel 26 to 30. Bathroom was massive and the kitchen area had a cooker, microwave, and fridge. Top apartment and would stay here again.

Cons: Took me a while to get use to the code for the door. However the owner is aware if you struggle to get into the apartment..
