Luxury Apartment in Hivernage Marrakech

Pros: The apartment was in a great place,not far from the train and bus station. Our building had a security person, which gave us a good feeling. No hassle, everything was great. Also a lovely place to eat near our apartment was Musta Food. I really recommend it.

Cons: Unfortunately the place was very noisy because of the bus station.

Pros: The staff, including the building guardian, was lovely. The flat itself is modern, spacious, and well-equipped. It's a self check in wich is a plus if you arrive late and looking for an apartment, not an hotel, as t he other ones usually require an in person check in which can be problemtic.

Cons: There’s a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood. It won’t affect your stay much if you’ll be out during the daytime.

Pros: I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area , just a short walk from both the CTM bus station and the train station. It was super easy to find and get to, even for a first-time visitor. One thing I really appreciated was how safe it felt. There’s a 24-hour security guard, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Right outside, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and shops everything you need is within reach. It’s also only about 10 minutes from the medina, and taxis are very affordable, usually just 1–2€. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great value, great location, and overall a very pleasant experience! Also the host is friendly and easy to contacts!

Pros: The size of the apartment was very good, there was enough space for everything. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was also a good size and not cramped. On the TV it was possible to log into Netflix, which was convenient.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was no tagine, which would have been interesting. Behind the apartment there is a car company that left the engines running until quite late at night and started them up again early in the morning. That was a bit annoying.

Great value for money place & Hemdi is very friendly and helpful

Pros: Great location right next to the CTM bus station, 1 minute walk, it was very comfortable to take a bus in the morning. The apartment was warm when we arrived (very rare in Morocco in December - we traveled the country 2 weeks prior to our stay and this was by far our best experience), had reliable fast wifi, hot water, comfortable bed with bed linen, very good kitchen equipment in terms of cooking gear, the host was very responsive and helpful. Parking available right in front of the house. Great one night stay at the end of our road trip.

I would say there again

Pros: It’s good location although bit nosy from the bus station. Easy to get to the airport and to the town. Good size of the room and facilities are great. Great contact with the host.

Pros: Had everything for a comfortable stay, good bed, smart TV, aircon in lounge room and bedroom, cooking facilities, washing machine (we didn’t use it because only stayed 1 night), lift up to apartment, quiet.

Pros: The apartment was clean and cosy, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bad was comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is located next to the bus station, and it was quite loud.
