Exceptional place and team

Pros: The Riad was simply amazing. Tasteful, well decorated and clean. Hasnaa was consistently in contact and helped me in making my plans for exploring marrakesh. Laila was great in attending to us at the Riad. Overall a wonderful stay, i would strongly recommend this place

Pros: The villa is fancy in Moroccan style, which is a good place to take photos. The staff are very friendly and made us warm breakfast in the morning. The price is totally worth it.

Cons: The hot water is not enough for 7 people to shower at night

A great family stay

Pros: The very best thing about this riad is Layla, the housekeeper, such a hardworking, lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble. The riad is beautiful, spacious and clean. The use of the outdoor pool and a spacious plunge pool in the riad (though it is a little cold) 🤣 is a bonus Lovely decor,. Fouad, the owner was really informative and helpful, answering queries quickly Far enough from the medina to relax, near enough (10 minute taxi ride ) into town.to be in the thick of things. Lovely patisserie just outside along with a coffee shop, supermarket and restaurant. It was nice that all of the bedrooms were onsuite. A real home from home, if your home is a palace. 🥰

Cons: Personally, I didn't use the cold plunge pool 🤣 though 3 of our party spent ages in there. Some slight snagging issues include broken sockets and no hot water in the kitchen, but I am aware this is a fairly new business, so things are getting done and we have mentioned these to the owner who is working on this at present

Great escape from the busy city centre while not leaving it

Pros: I liked the way the hosts helped us find the riad and how they welcomed us and made sure we had all we needed

Fabulous palace like stay and treated like royality by Layla

Pros: This Riad was absolutely amazing! So spacious , comfortable … it was like a miniature palace… we had Layla who came and did out breakfast and cleaning in morning at a time that suited us.. nothing was ever too much for her. Loved the tea and sweets on arrival too. The Riad is close to a supermarket and restaurant and a lovely pastry place. Airport is also close by… the pool was amazing too shared with compound . Super safe !

Cons: Sometimes tricky to get a taxi into medina

Perfect spot for a group!

Pros: Perfect riad. Close to the airport with the sweetest staff. We arrived with different flights and they arranged our transfers to the road perfectly. Even when we had some delays late at night. Everything was taken care for. Highly recommend the dinner! Also the common outside pool was amazing!

Pros: It was very clean.The ambience was perfect for a family It was private It had a swimming pool inside which I wanted , beautifully decorated .There was a housekeeper -Jamila ,who looked after us there ,we were served amazing breakfast every morning. Also there was a security guard in place which made me and my family feel very safe .The outdoor pool was clean and well maintained

Cons: Honestly I cannot think of anything I didn’t like
