Pros: My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful duplex. The house is very new, clean, and luxuriously furnished. The private pool was clean and ideal for relaxing in complete privacy. The neighborhood is extremely safe and peaceful, which really helped us unwind and enjoy our time in Marrakech to the fullest. Fouad and his father were excellent hosts. They very helpful and always available, both before and during our stay. We truly appreciated their kindness and communication. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Marrakech and highly recommend this place to anyone

Pleasant and comfortable stay!

Pros: Second time staying in Marrakech and the location is ideal for getting around. It's close to a local shop and cafes also. Lovely, clean, safe, modern property with great water pressure, and a rooftop pool perfect for relaxing and swimming on home days. Comfortable beds and there is air con to help with sleeping at night (we went in July). Able to cook and watch films on the ground floor, although there are tvs in each room. Feels quite homey after a few days! Owner is very helpful and communication is great throughout - they can't do enough for you as their guest! Cleaning services are offered also and the pool is cleaned twice weekly. We would book again.

Cons: Construction work was going on for the duration of our 2 week stay (8am - 8pm daily) but this wasn't the owner's fault. Not sure how long this is likely to last for, but Marrakech generally has a lot of ongoing building work.

Pros: Logement neuf avec des matériaux de qualité Très confortable et bien décoré. Piscine chauffée très agréable. À 10 mn en taxi de la Médina, boulangerie parfaite à 50 mètres pour les viennoiseries le matin. Propriétaires très disponible et réactif. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Pros: Hallo,wir waren für 1 Nacht dort.Im allgemeinen war alles in Ordnung. Wir waren damit sehr zufrieden.Die Einrichtung war sehr schön😊.Alles sauber. Ich kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen🥰 Der Inhaber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Putzfrau war auch sehr lieb❤️
