Pros: The great support of the staff. They pick me up at the taxi stop as it was not possible for the taxi to reach the entrance of the Riad. Super good support also in othe occasions

Cons: the tempearature of the room was not always ideal.

Amazing stay with great hosts

Pros: The Riad was exceptional, and the staff, specially Mariam, were very nice, kind, and helpful. Mariam was kind enough to upgrade my room for me for free, and the room was a beautiful quiet room with all the required amenities. The old city is a bit tough to navigate but once you make the first journey, it’s pretty straightforward. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again and recommended it to others as well!

Pros: La gentillesse du personnel que ce soit le sourire d'Hassan dès le matin , ou de la gérante vous êtes entre de bonnes mains ! Le ménage est fait chaque jour et le riad est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel !

Cons: Le wifi est un peu capricieux est l'emplacement compliqué à trouver

Pros: La chambre et la salle de bain était propre. C’est un très bel endroit pour y passer quelques jours. Nous avons tout particulièrement trouvé notre hôte Hassan très gentil, il a été très arrangeant, franchement top rien à redire !

Cons: Maps ne donne pas forcément le bon chemin mais on peut vite se repérer en regardant la carte !

Séjour très agréable avec Hassan toujours présent si besoin.

Pros: Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Hassan; il nous a offert un thé puis nous montre ce qu’il y avait à voir à Marrakech. Notre chambre était très propre et le lit est refait chaque jour. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des spécialités marocaines pris sur la terrasse.

Cozy Riad

Pros: The room was cozy and charming, arranged on two levels with an authentic, traditional design. Breakfast was wonderful and more than enough, always served with great care and kindness by the staff. Every morning began fresh and pleasantly, with a delicious breakfast and warm smiles. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the old city, with many iconic places within walking distance.
