Exceptional service from staff

Pros: I can't rate this hotel highly enough. The owner and staff are truly kind people that go above and beyond to help you. Sadly I was unwell for my entire stay so had to stay in bed, a member of staff, Abdel, checked on me often to make sure I was ok, bringing me food and water and making sure I was warm enough. He did all of this not expecting any repayment for the food and water etc. Truly generous and caring! The room itself was great, spacious, comfortable and great value for money :) Thank you again 🙏🏻 I could not have coped without you.

Lovely and hospitable stay

Pros: Nicest people ever, they even let us use the washing machine and hung up our clothes. The place is new, actually under construction but super clean.

Pros: The Riad is new and completely ristored with has all the facilities you need. Beds are comfortable, the shower is super tecnological, it arrives at 45degres of hotness. There is a terrace with a washing machine and they were super kind to make me use it for free as I was travelling with young children. There is a small kitchen where you can use the kattle to boil hot water and a fridge to store small things. The man who work at reception is super kind and helpful even he doesnt speak english. You can always relate to a whats up number 24h they answer in English. The location is very good you can walk 10 minutes and it brings you to the main square of Marrakech. Amazing quality/price ratio. I strongly recommend this place for your staying in Marrakech.

Nice people, quiet area

Pros: Very friendly staff, run by a father and son and they provide free laundry! In a safe and convenient location as well

Pros: Il proprietario è davvero gentilissimo, è disponibile a farti lasciare i bagagli presso la struttura se si ha il volo di ritorno la sera e ti consente di lasciare la stanza all’1:00PM, inoltre la struttura è veramente carina e dotata di tutti comfort necessari! La posizione è perfetta!
