Perfect place to stay for a few days in Marrakech

Lovely stay in the Kasbah

Pros: We had a great stay here! The breakfast was amazing with a good mix of Moroccan treats. Our room was spacious and the building was beautiful. It probably would have been tough to find, but Ali picked us up after our late night flight and it was great to be close to some local markets. The Medina was about a 20 minute walk with a pram, which was great for us, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. Ali was incredible- he was so helpful and did everything to make our stay really comfortable.

Cons: The pool seemed like it was more for decoration, but that didn't bother us as we spent our days in and around the city.

Pros: I am glad that Ali was there in our first day he was total calmer and we were so afraid as the city has it is own rules and we werent used to it. Roads were so narrow and crowd coming towards the car and when we dropping our luggages some people on the road offered us taking our car to parking space they were so insist so first day was so unexpected but Ali took care of everything very well and completed our orientation very fast :) the rest was an amazing experience

Hidden Gem In the Kasbah

Pros: Peaceful, quiet and the staff if exquisitely gentle. The rooms are spacious, it's clean and it's authentic. I have been traveling in Marocco for 2 weeks and this is the best Riad I found so far.

Cons: It's not easy to find, but you can contact the staff that will help you any time of the day.

Pros: What a find! Absolutely 100% Marrakech. Beautiful room, fantastic roof terrace, peaceful ambience, great breakfast's, and Hamza and his staff could not do enough for us.

Cons: Certainly not the easiest place to find, and the young men who took it upon themselves to 'help' us turned out to be extremely ungrateful following my £20 tip!! It all got a bit ugly, and it wasn't the start to the trip we wanted. My suggestion would be to aim to park close to the Kasbah and then phone the hotel and ask for assistance. They're only a few minutes away, and it could save you a good deal of grief.

Nice experience, very nice design

Pros: The family running the hotel is very kind and attentive, doing their best to make our stay comfortable. Unfortunately, it was quite cold due to unusually low temperatures for this time of year. They provided warm blankets and even searched for an extra heater on New Year’s Eve to help. While the large temperature difference between day and night was challenging, we truly appreciated their efforts.

Cons: We didn’t enjoy the low temperature in the room and the fact that breakfast was served outside at 3°C. The breakfast lacked variety, consisting of omelet, croissant, jam, orange juice, and coffee every day. Additionally, the hotel’s location is off the main road, making it difficult to reach from the taxi station with large luggage.

Pros: Brilliant place! Highly recommended. All the staff were very friendly and Hamza was very helpful. The rooms have quite a grand feel to them with the high ceilings and decor. Definitely worth staying here.

Cons: Find the location using booking.com Google link, don't try and search for it on Google as it finds another road with the same name. Even for a riad the location is down quite an odd network of streets.

Beautiful Riad in old style for people who are able to manage things by themselves.

Pros: Two hundred years old Riad, owned by a Berber family. Beautiful Berber's architecture, furniture, paintings. All composed with good taste. Nice rooftop with lots of space. Breakfast included, prepared and served by the Riad's service people: Hamza, Fatima and Lina. All very helpful in making our stay pleasant. We asked the ladies to prepare a fish tagine for Christmas Eve, they bought all ingredients in the local market, and served us with the delicious dish. The Riad is close to the local food market that is much more realistic than that in Medina's Souk.

Cons: Well, the Riad is hard to find. Shouldn't we checked the place a day before (we were staying at another place in Marrakesh) we wouldn't be able to find it easily with all the luggage. And the place on Google map is incorrect so use the coordinates rather than the name. Another annoying thing is that the owner does not respond at all to messages and phone calls, so you're on your own. Fortunately the Riad's service people can help and I strongly advise after you get to the Riad to ask Hamza for his phone numer in order to get help if needed. To get to the Riad you need to hire a cart if you have heavy luggage.
