Like a family stay in the lovely Riad
Pros: Very lovely RIAD! Immediately you feel very welcomed and like at a family, a big thanks to the staff especially Esma and Karim. Both were very friendly and took care of us. Helpful at any time, good food and nice breakfast!
Cons: Honestly speaking, nothing to bother. My leg length did not cope with the tiny toilet… but I survived easily. All good

Pros: This Riad was in a good location. The breakfast was nice. The staff were amazing.

Pros: Liked how we were greeted upon arrival. Rooms cleaned everyday. The place has great character to it. Really quiet at night. Comfy beds and air conditioned rooms
Cons: Breakfast was really nice but where we ate it was very cold. Although there were heaters you’d want to be wrapped up for it

Great service, kind people
Pros: We spent 3 nights here. People from reception helped us with trips outside, its also possible to keep your bags here if you are on a trip. We had great hammam here, the special massage with peeling. They have great breakfast in the rooftop. Thank you. ✨

Pros: I had a really great stay at this riad and would highly recommend it. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The riad itself is very pretty, with lovely details and a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel special and authentic. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to Anas, who was especially kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay and really helped make the experience even better. Overall, the riad offers excellent value for money considering the comfort, cleanliness, and high level of service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place with warm, welcoming staff.
Cons: What I didn’t like was that we were charged for water and tea. We didn’t receive the welcome tea on the first day due to getting there so late and being tired. Then when it was offered the next day, it wasn’t mentioned that this would be charged. This was a little disappointing and unclear, as we assumed it was included as a welcome gesture.

Great for a first time in Marrakesh
Pros: Lovely staff, breakfast was a lovely Moroccan spread which changed slightly everyday. Airport shuttle organized to and from was brilliant, as was our Hammam + massage. Definitely recommend!
Cons: The addition of a safe for valuables would be appreciated!
