Incredible!

Pros: An absolute oasis. Very friendly staff, beautiful Riad, delicious breakfast, extremely convenient location.

Cons: We should have packed some warmer pyjamas for night time, as it was a tad cold (February). No big deal though.

Pros: We spent two wonderful days there with my mom and our daughter and felt truly welcome from the very first moment. The staff were incredibly warm and kind, everything was perfectly organized and we felt extremely comfortable throughout our stay. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful place for breakfast and we even celebrated my mom’s birthday there. They arranged a cake for us and sang for her, which made the moment very special. Thank you to the unbelievably lovely team. You are what makes this riad feel so heartfelt and unique. The only small downsides were the power outlets next to the bed and the glass bathroom. Thankfully we have been together for 23 years, so it was not a big issue for us. All in all, it was a truly wonderful stay. Thank you so much.

Ideally located for exploring the Medina

Pros: A calm quiet retreat in but away from the excitement of the Medina. Friendly, attentive staff who looked after us very well.

Cons: We had a beautiful traditional Riad room with original doors and windows to the central courtyard. In January the ground floor of the room was cold due to the gaps to “outside” (so I imagine beautifully cool in warmer months) but we had a warm mezzanine floor with a sofa for reading/chatting after dinner in the evenings.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the breakfast it was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The people working here were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is excellent: safe, quiet, and right in the heart of the city center of Marrakech, so everything is within walking distance. The atmosphere was authentic and relaxing, and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Perfect Riad with exceptional breakfast and very comfortable large room

Pros: After a very difficult experience with my previous riad, arriving at Manzal made me feel an immediate sense of safety and relief. It is one of the most aesthetically refined accommodations I have ever stayed in. The staff is exceptional—highly professional and attentive. Akram, in particular, is one of the best managers I’ve encountered.

Absolutely wonderful, a peaceful oasis in the Medina of Marrakech

Pros: Akram, Hanane, Joel, Fatima and Khadija were all incredibly hospitable, helpful and accommodating. The team readily adapted to a later breakfast time for us when they realised we weren't able to make the usual schedule. Amazing rooftop!

Cons: It's a pity that the orange juice served during breakfast wasn't freshly made, though everything else was great.

Very good, we would stay there agains

Pros: The room was excellent and so was the location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Cons: The only thing that I would improve is the breakfast location. It is in a nice roof top but if the weather is bad (like we had) then the breakfast room is very small

Pros: Lovely staff, so hospitable. Delicious breakfast, and they helped us book our spa treatments too. So incredibly helpful in all ways. They also let us check out late and kept our bags till our flight which we very much appreciated. I cannot recommend them enough, we had the perfect stay thanks to the beautiful comfort of Riad manzal and the staff there.

Pros: The Riad was fantastic, the ceilings were designed in such a beautiful way, the rooms were organised wonderfully and everything just felt right.

Cons: The stairs are a little daunting but after one day you get used to it.
