Beauitful local family run Riad!

Pros: Medina Sun is a beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina. The location is GREAT and it's nice to be a little out of the hustle and bustle while still being only a 6 minute walk to the Souks. The family that own the Riad are so lovely and so accommodating and made us feel so at home, would come back for sure!

Cons: We didn't like that our bedroom was on the ground floor right next to the kitchen and courtyard. We could hear noises throughout the night despite how quiet everyone tried to be, it felt a little intrusive at times

Comfortable and no frills accommodation which adequately met our needs and expectations !

Pros: Lovely, clean, small and modernised Riad . We rented most of the rooms so had the place to ourselves. Enjoyed rooftop terrace. Hosts Aisha and her husband go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable offering early check in. Helped us booking taxis, walked with us to the restaurant at night and returned to collect us . Navigating in Marrakech is no mean feat ! Lovely couple who make you feel at home . Thank you 👍

Cons: We would have enjoyed having the freedom to make ourselves some coffee etc and a kettle in the common area would have been welcome. Located at the very end of a winding alleyway although well lit at night .

Perfect location lovely place

Pros: Lovely place lots of room clean perfect location and wonderful staff and fantastic breakfast up on terrace

Traditional Riad, Central Location, Great Service

Pros: Traditional Moroccan style Riad. Lovely decoration with roof terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful, very good Chicken Tagine for dinner on first night.

Cons: A little stingey with paying for extra drinks. Eg. Only allowed one drink for breakfast - have to pay extra for water

Gorgeous riad in a quiet location

Pros: Beautiful decor, and breakfast was generous. Staff were very kind and helpful, arranging our taxi back to the airport and preparing takeaway breakfast for our day trip

Cons: Didn't seem to be anyone on reception as such, but the owner (?) did pop across to check on us throughout our stay

Wonderful Stay

Pros: Lovely stay at Medina Sun, room was spacious and bed was comfortable, such nice decor and riad was quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The riad is perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are all lovely, breakfast was perfect and was nice to enjoy on the roof terrace.

Pros: The staff were really welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The room was small but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay

Pros: The property was beautiful! Mattress and pillows very comfortable! It was very clean! The location was great, close to the city centre, nice restaurants around the area. Felt safe walking back to the road at night!

Beautiful Riad located in the medina, with easy walking access to the Souks. Recommended!

Pros: The riad is stylish and very clean! The owner is helpful and the breakfast is delicious. The location is a bit outside of the most busy part of Medina so the area is calm.
