Pros: The perfect location for us - just 20 min walk to the main square and we were able to walk to all tourist attractions that we wanted to visit. The Riad itself is beautiful and tranquil, breakfast superb and above all, Adnane the host could not have been more helpful with bookings, advice and information. 10/10

The best Road

Pros: What a wonderful Riad. Adnan and the team made my stay so special. Adnan takes such good care of his guests. My room was very comfortable, access to the beautiful rooftop and a heavenly breakfast....what more could you want. Highly reccomend this Riad.

Pros: Our stay at Riad Aguaviva was fantastic. Adnane is a true superhost. He does everything possible to make your stay special and makes you feel genuinely welcome from the first moment. His warmth and dedication are exceptional. Is everything absolutely perfect? No. But the hospitality makes you forget everything else. Nothing but respect for the effort and passion he puts into this place. We would gladly return.

Fantastic Riad with Wonderful Stagf

Pros: The interior was calm and beautiful, the room was comfortable, the staff went above and beyond with their helpfulness at every opportunity. Breakfast and the roof terrace sun trap were both fantastic too!

Pros: A charming place with a beautiful pool where you can enjoy an ice bath and see authentic Moroccan interiors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The host took care of us every day. Delicious breakfasts and a great location for a getaway in the medina. I highly recommend it and send my regards to the owners 👌

Pros: The staff and service was 10 out of 10. Being very friendly, professional and accommodating. The Riad was a little away from the main square in the Medina. This suited me as a little quieter and part of a safe, vibrant neighbourhood. Breakfast was also really great!

A great way to experience authentic Marrakech.

Pros: Great roof terrace. Staff amazing and good breakfast. The building is a lovely surprise when you entre. Really authentic location.

Cons: Our room was a bit dark. It’s the nature of a Riad at times. The location was authentic, which we like but quite busy !

Pros: The Riad is exactly what is shown in the pictures, even better! I would have given 9 to this Riad, if Adnan wasn't the host, and I would have given 20 instead of 10 if it was possible for the amazing service and attention provided by the host Adnan. The Riad is located next to the industrial zone of the medina, therefore I strongly recommend everyone to ask Adnan, where to go, how to get to the medina center of attraction and anything else, you won't find better help and information elsewhere. Thanks a lot Adnan and see you soon.
