Great stay overall, but with water issues

Pros: The staff was amazing and so was the breakfast 😊 the location is also good.

Cons: The place runs out of warm water in the morning. You need to shower at random times in order to have a hot shower.

Pros: Staff were excellent and so helpful.- they couldn't do enough for you The Riad was like entering another world from the outside as it was so tranquil and peaceful. We were given mint tea on arrival which was lovely Room was adequate - window faced a central courtyard . Location was good - probably a 15 min walk to the main square - El Fnaa which seems to be the centre of the Medina . Breakfast was good - and plenty of it and staff helpful with my husband being a Celiac

Cons: Showers took a while to get going - you had to run them for a while before they got hot General Marrakesh problem -no decaffeinated coffee or alternative milk ie plant milk or Lactose Free although you can buy plant milk in Carrefour Market and I think some vegetarian restaurants served it but no Lactose free anywhere that we could find

Pros: Central location for all our needs, attentive customer service and lots of advice to enhance our stay. All meals where well prepared, varied, tasty and plentiful.

Pros: This was a nice riad in a good area. Good restaurants and interesting sights closeby. Cars can stop very close to it as well, which can be useful. Especially Mehmet(?) was very helpful.

Cons: I got the feeling that some of the staff didn't speak so much english, but instead of saying so they just said yes and amen to everything. It is better to say if you don't understand and go get a colleague,

Pros: The Riad is in an excellent location for the souks and staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We had dinner on the first night and it was positively delicious ~ lamb tagine and two accompanying vegetable dishes. Breakfasts were traditional (jam, honey, spreads, olives, with bread and various pancakes and pastries) with orange juice and coffee.

Cons: The only thing we think could have been better is that the dining room on the top floor is much too small. It was too cold to sit in the open area and there weren’t enough tables in the dining room to seat all the guests and the tables were too close together.

Pros: the hospitality, both the hosts were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for getting to the new town and old town

Pros: It was definitely the best thing in Marrakesh, the staff always with a smile, the amazing breakfast, the room ( big, with closets and the big bathroom), it was everything so clean and the location is very good also.
