Pros: We had a lovely stay here! The room was beautiful, very comfortable and spotless clean. Our flight was overbooked and we couldn’t board, so we booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff were incredibly kind — they allowed us to check in early and even served us Moroccan tea and sweets when we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We could ask them anything and they were always happy to assist. After checking out, we realised we had accidentally taken the room key with us and were already at the airport — we felt so sorry! But the staff replied right away and said it was no problem at all, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommended! 🌟

Good location within the Medina. Extremely helpful staff and good Breakfast to start your day.

Pros: A delicious fresh made breakfast, with fresh fruit, local pastries, tea and coffee. You sit in the central patio on comfy Moroccan cushions. The room was spacious and had enough hanging/storage. WiFi connection throughout and very helpful staff.

Cons: The shower head kept falling off. Perhaps an improvement on those fittings. Our room was in the internal part of the building so it had limited natural light.

Pros: Had a wonderful stay and overall experience. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with our needs. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the location is convenient—close to tourist spots and easily accessible for day tour drop-offs and pick-ups.

Pros: Ideally located centrally in the medina on a main road minutes away from the main square and all the other main attractions. The riad itself was authentic and quiet inside, with roof terraces with great views. Mustafa, Abdul and Hansa were all approachable, friendly and attentive at all times, nothing being too much trouble for them. Cleaners attended our room daily. Breakfast was ample and tasty.

Perfect

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Koutoubia Royal. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fna. Everything is very close and easy to reach. The staff were extremely kind and helpful from the first moment. They always smiled and were happy to help with directions and advice. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which is great after a long day walking around the medina. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the rooftop terrace is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view. The hotel has a beautiful traditional Moroccan style and feels warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Pros: Beautiful Riad, with attention to detail and located in a truly strategic position, a stone’s throw from the Medina of Marrakech. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with fresh and typical products. A special thanks to Mustafa, who was very kind and super helpful: upon our arrival he welcomed us with the welcome tea and calmly explained to us, map in hand, all the main places of interest in the area, giving us valuable advice to make the most of the city. Perfect stay, I will definitely be back here next time in Marrakech! Greetings from the three Italian girls ❤️

Well-located Riad with helpful staff and good breakfast.

Pros: Very well-located riad, just off a main street, which made access easier compared to other riads in the Medina that are harder to reach with luggage. The breakfast, especially with Amlou, was very good. The staff, particularly Mohamed and Hamza, were polite, helpful, and trustworthy. They allowed me to store my luggage while I traveled through Morocco and helped with everything I needed. My first night‘s room was very cold (December!), but the next day I got a larger, warmer room. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons: The entrance sign could be more visible.

Pros: The staff has been super friendly and King. The breakfast was amazing. Location great, close to the main square.

Cons: The narrow bathroom.
