Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the service was outstanding everyone made us feel very welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The food was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. The hospitality truly made the experience special.

Cons: The rooms could have had more natural light, as they felt a bit dark at times. Additionally, the rooftop area could be improved by adding more sun loungers so guests have more space to relax and enjoy the sun.

Pros: Wonderful, friendly staff who were incredibly kind and attentive. They gave us advice about how to explore the city and what to look out for. Really lovely people and we will definitely go back one day!

Cons: Breakfast was lovely but it would have been nice to have a choice of what to eat as it was a set breakfast that was served to you.

A wonderfully hosted Riad, offering a cosy and calm refuge from the bustle of the medina

Pros: We loved being greeted by Mustapha to locate the Riad, and given loads of info and recommendations about the city, not to mention assistance while we were there and brilliant communication, not to mention walking us towards the main square so we knew the route back to the Riad. Breakfast was delicious and very generous, with lovely service, and the room was very comfortable and cosy!

Cons: The only thing thing I would suggest is it would be useful for the room to have an iron, but everything else was great!

Beautiful tranquil bliss within the crazy medina

Pros: Gorgeous little place. Central location. Beautiful decor and rooms are stunning and spacious we had the junior suite. Beautiful breakfast. Staff so lovely and kind, Mustafa was amazing very helpful, he escorted us from the taxi and back to the taxi when leaving and gave us lots of tips.

Cons: We loved it all Be prepared for a little walking as the Taxis can’t get too close but can get to within a 5/6 minute walk. I recommend booking the airport taxis through the riad.

Pros: Located in a lively old authentic part of the medina, this was a fantastic base for exploring. You’re right in the heart of the city, with the souks just a few minutes away. The staff went above and beyond and nothing was ever too much trouble for them and their local knowledge was incredibly helpful. We received a very warm welcome, and breakfast each morning was lovely. We would stay here again!

Cons: The Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest, that was perfectly fine for us and didn’t take away from a great stay.

An oasis in the middle of chaos

Pros: Great staff, willing to help. Neat, aesthetic and comfortable room with private bathroom, delicious traditional breakfast which was slightly altered each day.

Cons: The location is in the centre - medina, therefore quite un accessible by car/taxi. The surrounding area is not well maintained, would not recommend night walks.

Lovely simple riad

Pros: The riad had a lovely courtyard, with a reasonably large heated pool in the centre. Our room was on the ground floor - it was comfy and nicely decorated, although not the quietest. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the breakfast they served each morning was great. The location of the riad is slightly on the edge of the medina, about a 10 minute walk from the main square

Pros: Beautiful space to relax in. Delicious breakfast. Lovely staff who were really knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Perfect distance from market and square. Highly recommend staying here.

Exceptional experience! Would stay here in future

Pros: Great communication weeks prior to inform us about taxis and initial guidance. Firstly not even going into staying at the Riad, the treatment we received right of the bat from Mustapha and his work colleagues was exceptional. His English and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate you from the minute you land in Morocco. Perfect distance to walk to taxis. Riad in a well lite area, felt at ease at night and easy to navigate.

Cons: Not that didn’t like - only the weather meant we couldn’t use the rooftop but out of their control :( We got to see it and it would be AMAZING when the sun is out!!

Pros: Great breakfast and staff. Pretty property and rooms.
