We had a very nice stay and our needs were met. Although communication does need to be clearer.

Pros: Nice breakfast, The host was very kind, Riad was very quiet, although room was hearthrough to courtyard. Very beautiful room as well as courtyard. Very central in the Medina.

Pros: Our Royal Suite is absolutely stunning and perfect for a family. Very big, high ceilings, next to an amazing garden. Staff were professional even if not very friendly.

Cons: Overall it's a very good pick for a short stay, if you go for the Royal Suite. Not sure about the other rooms.
