El Boussouni Hostel

Very comfortable hostel in a great location.

Pros: Great location, dorm room and bed were comfortable and Yusef is a very hospitable host. Would highly recommend.

Great hostel - just needs a sign outside

Pros: Fantastic hostel in a great location. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable with lots of space. Bathrooms were clean.

Cons: The soap in the bathrooms was never refilled. There was no obvious signage outside and I got a little lost trying to find the place. Some loser outside tried to take advantage of my looking lost but thankfully the hostel manager must have overheard and came out the door to retrieve me.

Pros: Good water pressure, clean bathrooms, nice rooftop breakfast and amazing staff. The rooms were clod and damp but they had very warm blankets.

Pros: The staffs there are super nice and helpful. It is worth every penny that I paid for and it includes breakfast (pancake, bread, boiled egg, espresso, milk, butter, jam, cheese and Moroccan mint tea), I was really pleased with the stay.

Cozy and great

Pros: The staff was incredibly kind, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was super good. The location was great as well.

Cons: The only downside was the laundry fee of 4 euros, which felt quite high, though it could be related to higher electricity costs in Morocco.

Pros: The location is great. it’s almost possible to walk everywhere. The beds are very comfortable, and having your own power socket and light above the bed is such a plus. The curtain also gives you proper privacy. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and beyond that, I genuinely feel like I made new friends there. The breakfast is very filling and helps you save money, and the fact that everyone staying there gathers at a certain time creates a great opportunity to meet new people and exchange tips and information. I would definitely recommend it to solo travelers.

Cons: It would have been even better if the room floors were swept every day. The rooms were a bit cold, but they provide two thick blankets, so it wasn’t really an issue. I visited in January, and I think this would actually be ideal for summer stays.

Pros: The hostel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. They provide a big and spacious locker.

Pros: I loved breakfast. I met people and made friends at hostel. My taxi stopped at hostel thanks to Youssef's help(NOT sure of spelling). He is very nice and helpful.

Pros: Great central location with clean, nice rooms and a nice rooftop. A special thanks to the man at the reception for being so helpful—preparing an early breakfast and keeping our bags for us. The service was top-notch.
