Riad Ayiss piscine palmeraie

Despite some silly mishaps which caused some laugh, a great stay with awesome people!

Pros: Great environment, friendly hosts, lots of space in the riad, nice terrace, amazing value for money, facilites in the complex exceed expectations. The complex also felt very safe. Lots of space in the swimming pool. The complex is about 25 minute walk from the centre which was not a problem for any of us since we walk a lot. We lost a bracelet in the (first) riad and Oussama went out of his way to look for it. Many thanks! Also, many thanks for running like crazy when you realised you lost your keys for the riad. It can happen to everyone and if anything, in years we will still laugh about the situation. Also, many thanks for hacking the neighbours' wifi when we desperately needed internet connection while waiting for check-in. Biggest thanks to Ismail who works at the shop in the complex, who joined us for a crazy bike ride, took us to some incredibly beatiful spots around Marrakech and invited us to his house for a traditional Moroccan lunch. We owe you big time buddy!

Cons: There was a silly mishap during check-in. The host had lost his keys for our riad when we were trying to check in, so we had to wait about 2 hours in a different riad while the host went to get the spare keys. Nevertheless, he ran to get the spare keys as quickly as possible and we eventually got in the riad we had booked. Also, the upstairs bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment in the wall, nothing too much, just reattach the tiles. I'm writing this because I discovered the missing tiles in one of the cupboards - this caused a big laugh among our group but some people may be disturbed by it. Also, one of the downstairs cupboard was broken and covered with a cloth. We didn't need it or anything but it would be a good to mention it before we arrive and not try to cover it with a cloth ;) Trying to get to the swimming pool was a bit convoluted - we didn't initially realise that we need both the green paper and the white card. This can be communicated better, but again, not a big deal.

Pros: Las estructuras son realmente bonitas y amplias... Nos alojamos en mas de un Riad y cada cual tenía su encanto, la ubicación es buena, tienes parking gratuito con seguridad y dentro de la urbanización tienes pequeños supermercados, peluquerías y cafeterías a buen precio

Cons: Les hace falta un poco más de mantenimiento, teniendo en cuenta lo bonitos que son, detalles como tapas de baño sueltas, enchufes colgando o luces que parpadean desentonan totalmente con lo que son las edificaciones. La limpieza siempre se podría mejorar... Pero teniendo en cuenta que hemos recorrido muchos lugares del país mal no está en comparación

Une bonne adresse à garder

Pros: Le ryiad est très joli. Une chambre à chaque étage climatisée c'est très appréciable à Marrakech. Le décor est dépaysant. Les salles de bain attenantes à chaque chambre sont idéales et décorées de façon originale( les robinets en forme de dauphins/cygnes ont bcp plû aux enfants). Le wifi fonctionnait parfaitement. Les extérieurs sont sécurisées, avec une jolie architecture et il y a tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours, restaurants, coiffeur, supérette...

Cons: Au rez de chaussrez-de-chaussée il fait très chaud, ce n'est pas climatisé. Les banquettes et coussins sont très durs. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, du moins pas de piles dans la télécommande, je le signale mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour 2 nuits. Ce qui m'a gêné également c'est que c'est un peu éloigné de tout. Du moins des endroits où j'ai l'habitude d'aller. Sans voiture ça aurait très compliqué.

Pros: L'accueil du propriétaire, la décoration du riad

Cons: La piscine n'est pas ouverte le vendredi. Le riad est un peu excentré de la place, mais il y a des taxis à la sortie de la résidence!

Pros: Logement très conforme aux photos et très bien situé. Le propriétaire était très sympathique pour nous accueillir !

Cons: L'état des salles de bains

Cons: La cuisine n’est pas vraiment équipée mais aux prix des restos on ne s’est pas privé !

Pros: le propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute. son accueil est bienveillant.

Pros: Nous avons aimez la résidence et notre riad qui étais très bien placé le personnel nous as très bien accueilli et très disponible à nos attentes nous reviendrons une prochaine fois nous en garderons un bon souvenir.
