Great time!!

Pros: We booked for a group of 6 and it was perfect. We were greeted with Moroccan tea and a tour of the Riad then left to our own devices which is exactly what we wanted ☺️ really clean and great location in a nice secluded area with other Riads is and calm local cafés to get ready for busy days out in Marrakesh.

Fabulous

Pros: Great location, lovely safe community. easy walk to Jemaa El-fans square and medina. Comfortable beds and lovely terrace. Beautiful furnishings and very well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Some noise from surrounding properties at night.

Pros: A great place for two (or three) couples. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children. The stairs are a real risk. The location... great. I'd recommend adding the residence name to the address on the booking form. And finally, Europeans use toilet paper. A supply would be useful.

Fantastic, beautiful Riad, very spacious and safe gated village

Pros: Spacious, lovely Moroccan decor, beautiful bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The roof terrace and washing machine were an added bonus.

Cons: The gated holiday village is lovely and well maintained, maybe in a slightly poorer neighbourhood though, which you walked through to get to the souks, it felt safe though.

Great value accommodation, perfect communication, nice and clean!

Pros: Fantastic communication from the owner. Really helpful and provided advice and guidance for the visit. Perfect accommodation for a visit. 30 min walk to the centre, accommodation in a safe and clean compound with shops and restaurants available.

Cons: Only thing I can criticise are the sun loungers in the communal pool. This is nothing to do with this accommodation but the loungers are not the most comfortable.

A traditional gem.

Pros: The property is very authentic, lovely traditional decor, the village touristique is very convenient and green, the host is lovely and helpful. Can walk to centre about 15 minutes walk. We loved the sunny roof:)

Cons: A bit dark inside due to the traditionallayout on 5he central courtyard, the air con in l8ving area took a whole to get going. Overall lovely.

Fantastic stay

Pros: Delicious welcoming tea, super friendly and accommodating host. I asked for the brand of the tea and the hosts family gave me one bag as souvenir! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for your hospitality! For one evening we forgot to bring the keys with us and got locked outside, the host showed up in 10mins to save us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Good bedroom for nice sleeps. Beautiful terrace - We 3 friends enjoyed tea, conversation and the stars up there. It was a great time. Location is 15 mins walk to the old town. Good price and value. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience you left for us during our stay in Marrakesh. We will be back for sure.

Cons: One of the middle room's shower and basin seems a little bit hard to get down (not a problem for me at all as I have short hair and I shower fast) Rooms are a bit dark - you don't have too much of natural lightings even at day time. Doesn't matter too much for me though. I've plenty of sunshine outside the riad.

A very comfortable stay and will surely promote this Riad

Pros: Riad Illi was in a fort complex with all essentials as pharmacy, general store, mini markets, restaurants and cafeteria, hair and beauty salons and even a mosque! Riad Illi was fully equipped with loads of kitchen gadgets, cutlery, towels, sheets and blankets, washing machine, iron, beautiful private rooftop sitting area aa well as a very comfortable large sitting area. All house had air-conditioning too! No TV in property but it was not an issue for us.Should one want a TV, I am sure Mohamed our guest manager would have made the impossible to bring one over. Mohamed was always a phone call away and immediately very responsive both to our calls and needs!

Cons: Smell of drainage from bathrooms which where ensuite to bedrooms.

Pros: Eine unfassbar tolle Unterkunft. Gross,geräumig, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ismaily war sehr nett und konnte uns gut weiterhelfen. Danke!

Séjour entre collègues

Pros: Riad très bien situé et idéal pour 6 personnes. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et les repas et petits déjeuner très copieux.

Cons: Des petits travaux serait à faire dans notre salle de bain ( carrelage qui se décolle et robinet du lavabo qui bouge) mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut
