Beautiful Riad

Pros: Beautiful Riad in a great location. The small heated pool on the rooftop was perfect to dip in, great rooftop terrace. We were able to cook dinner and have drinks right there on the rooftop. Our host Khalid was really responsive and helpful every time we messaged him and Oumaima dropped by every morning and prepared a beautiful breakfast.

Cons: The only negative was that we could hear some noises coming from the fountain drain pipes in the inner courtyard, but it only happened on one night.

Nice and cozy Riad

Pros: The riad is in a very convenient and central location! Most attractions are within walking distance. The roof terrace is perfect for relaxing. The riad is large, clean and comfortable.

gorgeous modern riad in a lovely location!

Pros: our stay was amazing, the location was close to the medina but more peaceful, the welcome tea and treats were the loveliest touch! our housekeeper was Oumima and she was such a nice person, came to make us breakfast each day! the riad was a mix of modern and traditional decor, made us feel like we were staying in a palace!

Cons: it rained on the night and we didnt receive information about lifting the rooftop drain cover off till it had already been raining so would have been nice to have some information on this in the riad! also the breakfast was lovely but very carb heavy!

A genuine riad escape, the elegance of Moroccan design and the taste of its traditional dishes.

Pros: This villa feels completely safe, even its tucked away in usual Moroccan little alley. It’s just a short walk to all the main attractions like the Elbadi Palace, Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs and Jemaa el Fnaa, so exploring is super easy. The breakfast is a real highlight for the villa, every morning the chef greets us with a delicious, authentic Moroccan spread, always on time and full of flavour. We absolutely loved it and would definitely recommend this villa!

Pros: Riad, and it was a truly lovely experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere—but what made our stay truly unforgettable was Oumaima. From the moment we arrived, Oumaima went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made such a difference. Each morning, she prepared a delicious and varied breakfast with so much thought and love—it was the perfect start to our day. Oumaima, thank you for your incredible hospitality. You are the heart of this Riad, and you truly made our stay special. We’re so grateful to have met you!

Cons: The location itself is quite peaceful and has a lot of charm. However, guests should be aware that the hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the main road, and this isn't clearly explained ahead of time. Taxis often drop you on the wrong side, which can leave you feeling lost and frustrated—especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. Unfortunately, our experience was made worse by the lack of support from the host, Khalid. He was not helpful when we needed assistance, and we found his communication lacking. When I asked for help arranging a taxi to Buddha Bar, I was quoted a price nearly four times higher than a standard fare. Another time, my daughter and I were dropped off in the wrong location again. I called Khalid in distress, and although he briefly appeared and told the driver where to go, he left us alone, and the driver ended up charging us double. Sadly, I felt unsupported and even taken advantage of. With more transparency and better guest service from Khalid, this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this charming Riad. The property was spotless throughout, clearly maintained with care, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the major sights yet peaceful and quiet inside. A special mention must go to the housekeeping staff, who greeted us every morning with a warm smile and made sure we were well looked after. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our Marrakesh visit so memorable. Highly recommended.
