A beautiful, clean, and spacious house with a great rooftop jacuzzi, just a short walk from Marrakec

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The house is a spacious triplex with three comfortable bedrooms and a fantastic rooftop terrace — the best place to relax at night, sit by the jacuzzi, and enjoy a cup of Moroccan tea under the stars. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It’s also within walking distance of the city center, full of great restaurants and local vibes. Definitely a great place to stay in Marrakech!

Great stay in Marrakech

Pros: Our stay in this Riad was great! We loved being only between us (groupe of girls for a hen do). The terrace upstairs is really nice too. This riad has everything you need to spend a good time with friends or family. The location is great too!

Pros: Great location if interested to stay in Medina with all markets and traditional shopping in the area. Near to most good restaurants. Large apartment with toilet to each bathroom which was a luxury. Easy meet up to get keys. In general a good stay.

Cons: Toilet did not function fully ie flash did not work so toilet paper stayed. Something they probably will fix after we inform them.

Great riad and friendly host

Pros: Was collected by the host by the entrance of old medina. Incredibly friendly and could be approached by WhatsApp for any queries. Location was great- riad only couple minutes walk from the main road and market although seems like in an alleyway. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room had an AC which was great in the 40 degrees heat outside. Great living room and tv room area.

Cons: Would have preferred a shower that's separate flooring to the toilet. No cupboard in room to hang clothes.

Pros: Excelente ubicación, habitaciones con baño muy cómodas, todo muy limpio, lo recomiendo

Overall it was a decent stay in a good location

Pros: The location was ideal and very near to the main square. Munir was really helpful and the property was in a safe area. The AC's were very powerful and ensured we had a good nights sleep. The washing machine was of great help as we were there for a week. The TV was great for the kids

Cons: There was no pool and only a jacuzzi despite the ad saying there is a pool and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi didn't appear to have been cleaned. No toiletries were given despite mention of it on the add. There were no cupboards or chess of drawers to keep our stuff or even any hangers or hanging spaces. We were there for a week and had to live off the suitcase. There wasn't any bedside tables as well. The Kitchen could be updated and be a bit more inviting,

Très bel emplacement et Riad au calme

Pros: L'emplacement, dans la médina proche des souks et place Jemaa El Fna. Mais au calme pour se reposer donc idéal ! Mounir est un hôte agréable et à disposition si besoin. Je recommande ce riad 😊

Cons: Manque juste un petit meuble ou autre pour poser ses valises dans chaque chambre mais Mounir fera le nécessaire pour les prochains 😉

Bel appartement conforme aux photos

Pros: Le logement est grand, il y avait beaucoup de salles de bains et les lits étaient très confortables

Cons: Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes et arrivées sur place il n’y avait que 5 couchages sur 6. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir d’autres draps sur le canapé lit. C’était un peu pénible de devoir demander. Le jacuzzi était un sale aussi.
