Beautiful property in a perfect location

Pros: The Riad was perfect…..provided everything we needed. Beautiful, clean and central location. The owners/staff couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem

Pros: Very modern and comfortable. Meriam is lovely and keeps the place super clean. They basic food ingredients which is handy. The location was great, close enough so few minutes walk to the centre but it's tucked away so you miss Allah noise. Lovely place.

Cons: There was nothing really other than the bathroom showers in a couple of rooms were dated and the shower heads were a little leaky but still functional.

Fantastic

Pros: Me and my family had the best time in this house. It’s soo big and lovely. We loved the rooftop garden and most of our evening was spent there.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Hassan met us in person, he was very warm and welcoming. He also came to fix our issues in the middle of the night, which is very assuring. The communication was very smooth (albeit in different languages) and the hosts were responsive. The riad is well located with walking distance to everything in the old town. Pool is warm.

Cons: There wasn't a key box available outside the riad. We had to meet in person and manually handover the keys. When new guests arrive, we have to have someone in the room to open doors too. The shower heads in one of the bathrooms has small streams of water coming out from both heads. One of the hair dryer functions only half of the time.

Exceeded expectations

Pros: The property was beautiful. Air con in every room, clean pool, bathroom in every room, comfy sofas, easy to use appliances and just overall amazing. The staff were hospitable and very friendly.

Cons: 1 of the mattress was uncomfortable and the toilets/shower had a funny smell.

Great place to stay in the Medina all year round.

Pros: The host and the owner were super helpful and were tending to all our needs. They gave us a quick guide around the city and arranged airport transfer on request. The pool was warm even during the colder months and the place was in pristine condition. There were bathrooms in every room and a kitchen packed with everything you need. The host connected us to a local guide who set up a private tour of Ourzazate and Ait Ben Haddou. Definitely recommend this place and the location is within 15min walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa. The host even helped us organise a birthday party for one of our group and delivered a professionally made cake.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect. The host was professional and communicative.

Agréable séjour dans sublime Riad

Pros: L’accueil, la qualité du Riad, la gentillesse de Hassan et Meryem. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié des petits déjeuner ainsi que le repas qui nous a été préparé.

Pros: Le Riad est très bien aménagé et propre. Merci à Miriam pour les délicieux petits déjeuners préparés tous les matins et à la gentillesse de l’hôte!

Genoten met familie van een prachtig huis en goede gastheer/gastvrouw.

Pros: Ontbijt was overdadig. We hebben ervan genoten, met elke dag iets verrassends.

Een super verblijf, met lieve en behulpzame huishoudelijke hulp.

Pros: Moderne en goed onderhouden riad. Dicht bij het drukke stadsleven in de medina.

Cons: Niet van toepassing.
