Pros: Amazing house in traditional setting, where was everything for comfortable stay, easy parking, calm neighborohood, shopy and restaurant nearby and not far to the center as well as palaces and gardens. If in Marrakesh, definitelly come back here
Cons: Perhaps only airco in the third bedroom would be nice in the summer and some shade in the roof terace, but these are details

Pros: Nice and welcoming place with stylish moroccan architecture, very clean, many thanks to the owner Mr Karim and the house manager Naima for their reliability.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely riad. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the space itself was beautifully maintained. A special mention goes to Naimah, the housekeeper, who prepared a delicious breakfast for us, definitely worth the extra charge. The owner was very responsive and always just a message away if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful masjid located within the complex, it added a sense of serenity and convenience for those who value being close to a place of worship. Additionally, the surrounding area had everything we needed: grocery shops, salons, cafés. Everything was within easy reach, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.
Cons: While our overall stay was lovely, there were a couple of things to be aware of. If you have a phobia of cats, this might not be the ideal place for you, there are quite a few cats around the complex, and they seem to have an excellent sense of smell. They often linger outside doors, especially around mealtimes, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. Also, the listing advertised a sauna, but in reality, it's more of a self-service hammam. While still functional, it wasn’t quite what we expected and ended up using it simply as an extra shower room.

A very nice way to discover Marrakech
Pros: Being in a typical Moroccan riad, quite close to the Medina
Cons: It was cold especially in the evening, because we were here end of December. We used the heaters

Ideal location and property to explore the Medina.
Pros: The rhiad allowed us each (a parry of 3 ladies) to each have our own room. It was large and felt very traditional in style. Location (once we had worked it out) was good with just an approximately 15 to 20 minute walk into the Medina. We preferred to be there rather than in the heart of it. We didn't explore the whole of the complex but we had a couple of cafes, shops and restaurants on hand. So all you need. The owner of the Samara cafe was lovely and spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The owner, who lives in France, was very helpful and responsive to emails and can arrange taxi transfers etc. There are a couple of outlets where you can arrange excursions. You can hang any washing out on the roof terrace which is useful. All in all it was a perfect space and location for us.
Cons: A kind of information pack explaining how to get into the Medina, which taxis to use (yellow ones if less than 3 of you and how much you should expect to pay - 80 to 100 dh) would have been very useful. Also what was available in the complex. There were no coat hangers and a mirror in the twin bedroom would have been handy. However we gave this feedback and it was noted. A light in the passageway outside the accommodation would have been good as it was very dark but that is not the owners responsibility.

It was wonderful.
Pros: It was a traditional Moroccan home with 3 floors and balcony. The children loved the stairs and that they had a floor for their own room. Plenty of space. We ordered breakfast… please do this if you visit. I assumed it would be dropped at the door.. nope.. our wonderful host Naima, came and cooked a spread worthy of admiration. She was amazing and wouldn’t let me wash up. A fabulous lady.
Cons: The cats on the street are cheeky and will walk right into the house if you let them so be careful! 🤣 But that is part of being in Morocco.

Wonderful Moroccan expirence
Pros: The house was typical Moroccan style with kitchen and living room on ground and then 3 bedrooms set over 3 floors. Beautiful and spotless. 3 restaurants small shop and barber within 1 minute walk from front door. People very friendly.
Cons: WiFi was not very good, but it is not good all over Marrakesh and I am not looking at this as a negative.
