RIAD ELNOUJOUM

Highly recommend

Pros: Beautiful stay, great hospitality and good breakfast. We could walk to all major sites and there are great restaurants close by.

Cons: It’s quite noisy in the morning with the birds and the staff. Definitely bring ear plugs if you want to sleep in past 8am!

A lovely stay, even when we accidentally broke a fitting the manager was thoroughly professional.

Pros: This is a properly smart Riad, with relaxed communal areas. Very professional manager, smiling staff. Some have said it is hard to find, but google maps took me straight there no problems. Breakfast was well done and varied. Nice roof terrace with some views of the Atlas.

Cons: Slightly understaffed- if everyone wants breakfast at the same time they struggle to cope- but very willing to offer early breakfast. No immediate car access so you have to walk a few minutes for taxi pick up.

I loved the Riad, the location is close to the square and plenty of places to eat.

Pros: I loved the actual Riad but there was plastic sheeting on the top with a big plastic tube running down which spoilt the look. I loved the staff Ashraf in particular was so helpful and a joy to talk with. Breakfast was always fresh and the orange juice was so good!

Cons: The facilities in the room were basic but beautiful. There was no kettle which would be great, tried to order a coffee during the day once and it wasn’t possible. The breakfast menu was different everyday but we had no idea what it would be, perhaps a menu would be good.

Engagement trip to El Noujoum

Pros: Riad El Noujoum is a tranquil oasis amingst the craziness of the Kasbah. Khalid and all of the other staff made us feel welcome, comfortable, and were always willing to go above and beyond to help. The breakfast is brilliant and prepares you for a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed the roof terrace. Our room was cleaned everyday and the Riad as a whole is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Khalid's English is excellent and he supported with our travel arrangements. We wanted to stay in a traditional Riad in the Kasbah and this Riad was perfect. As you are outside the main market you can get some cheaper meals / coffees nearby. However, you can really easily access the tourist hotspots on foot and the excursions will happily pick you up and drop you off from nearby outside the Saadien tombs. Taxis are quick from the airport (12 odd mins), but the bus is also a cheaper option.

Cons: I enjoyed my two dips in the pool but it is not heated (which is typical for a pool in a Riad). If you are booking a Riad with the intention of spending a lot of time in the pool its worth bearing this in mind (it can be quite cool especially in winter).

Amazing place to stay in MARRAKECH!

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay. The hospitality of the staff is next level. The man and a woman running the road are true professionals who really care about their guests. We felt so welcomed, it was like visiting a family. The property was very clean and the grounds were gorgeous. We enjoyed coming back to the riad after a day of exploring, it's like a slice of paradise.

Une étape de qualité à Marrakech

Pros: Nous avons passé un séjour délicieux, le Riad a été entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût. Il est également remarquable par la qualité du service. Petit déjeuner copieux, . nous y avons pris notre premier dîner, cuisiné par une des femmes de l équipe , tajine, couscous 👍il y a aussi laPossibilité de faire des massages Ce qui est remarquable est la qualité du personnel qui se met en 4 pour vous , Ashraf et Mehdi et les 2 femmes sont parfaits et notre accueil , fait par La propriétaire a été très agréable . J avais une petite crainte sur l emplacement un peu excentré mais en définitive cela nous a permis de découvrir la kasbah qui est un quartier très authentique

Cons: Peut être davantage de plantes sur la terrasse ?

Pros: Le Riad super jolie, et le personnel très sympa nous avons adoré notre séjour, à 13minutes à pied de jamaa El fna. Tout est proche à pied. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Un grand merci au manager du Riad qui a été adorable avec un petit cadeau en + 😍😍

Cons: Rien c’était top même si vous avez un soucis ils sont très réactif

Pros: Un sejur calm , personal ospitalier, usor de ajuns de ajuns , aproape de obiective turistice ,camera mare , paturi f comode, atmosfera intima .
