Riad Jnan El Cadi

Pros: The accommodation is beautiful and the staff is really really nice and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed and treated us like we were family, answering all our questions, booking a cab for us and giving us recommendations. I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone looking for a friendly, beautiful environment with a great location.

Amazing

Pros: Everything down to the check in where the staff guide you on where to go,the amazing animals made out of towels, the Riad its self was just perfect. We celebrated my partners 60th birthday whilst there I had pre booked a meal as it was our last night and they even provided a special little cake. The roof terrace was pretty and relaxing. Everything was just fabulous thank you all.

Cons: The way to the Riad, so many tiny and not lighted areas, but you get used to it!

Pros: Very nice traditional Riad and great staff! The owner is active and present every day with a mission to help and/or solve any issue a tourist might have. Good breakfast.

Pros: Lovely building full of character. Super convenient to find a room which could accommodate a family of five. Main highlight was the incredible staff - especially Hamza - who were all so helpful and welcoming.

Outstanding stay - would definitely recommend

Pros: We've had an outstanding stay. Thank you! We couldn't have ask for more helpful, accommodating and patient staff. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was organised to perfection and we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. We wouldn't hesitate in staying here again or recommending it to our friends and family. Communication from the time of bookinh and throughout our stay was excellent. They will ans can arrange taxis, excursions and bookings. They go over and above to make your stay a great one! Thank you for making our stay, perfect 👌🏽

Lovely staff and great location

Pros: The property is a 10-15min walk away from Jemaa el Fnaa square. We were a little delayed by the flight but the communications were great at the Riad! We were welcomed with some cake and tea and the host helped us with the best food spots and where to buy sim cards etc! We wish we stayed more nights :)

Pros: Situated in Medina so all main attractions within 15 mins walk. Staff all very hepful and friendly. Lovely place to stay.

Cons: Shower didnt really get hot was more luke warm, probably OK most of year when the temparature is higher, but in December when its colder it isnt an enjoyable experience. They dont give front door key, only room key, we had to wait a 5 minutes on a couple of occasions to get in.
