Pros: Simo is an excellent host who goes out of his way to understand your needs and assist you in any way possible. Imeme, who works at the riad, is also fantastic. She is very friendly and provides valuable advice on making the most of your time in Marrakesh, including tips on visiting places and buying things.

Cons: Improvements can be made in communication, especially before the trip to reduce misunderstandings. The staff is eager to improve. Clear communication is the key.

Cons: La position n’est pas tout à fait exact, mais moi-même est très réactif, il vous enverra dès votre arrivée la position exacte de son Riad

Tout était parfait

Pros: L’emplacement était génial au cœur de la médina, les photos sont conformes, l’endroit était vraiment super agréable, l’hôte était plus qu’accueillant et peut même vous proposer directement des excursions et vous trouver des transports très facilement pour aller à l aéroport. Rien à redire à part super et que lorsque je retournerai à Marrakech je saurai déjà où loger !!

Çok nazik bir amca var orada

Pros: Odanın ambiyansi çok güzeldi, güzel dekore edilmiş. Sıcak su yeterli geldi ama sanırım güneş enerjisi var ve benden sonra duş alacak kişi faydalanamayabilir Sabah kahvaltı verildi ve odama kadar Fas çayi getirdi amca...çok nazik çok tatlı çok temiz bir insandı. Ve beni taksinin beni alacağı yere kendi götürdü. Extra para vermek istedim almadı...umarım müşterileri çok olur, bence hak ediyorlar

Cons: Otele gece girdim ve dar sokaklardan geçtim, biraz korkutucu idi...ama taksi şoförü yardım etti

Lovely artistic spot

Pros: The hospitality is unmatched! When we arrived a woman started making tea for us. The location is good close to the center and the markets yet quite. The place is beautiful and feels homely, cosy. It is also artistic, we painted and left behind art. The host really encourages creativity in the space.
