Welcoming and lovely, just a shame the other reviews made it seem the hotel is in a better spot than it is.
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn’t have done more to help - they are wonderful hosts. The breakfast is lovely, the spa is amazing and the rooms/grounds are very nice.
Cons: The hotel is not in a good location - there are not other restaurants/things to see/supermarkets in walking distance and the medina is a 40 minute walk down a busy/dangerous main road. Taxis only cost around £4 to get into the medina and are reliable, which helps.

Peaceful and beautiful
Pros: The villa is a peaceful haven, away from the hectic medina. The breakfast provided is delicious and we enjoyed the garden. We loved our hamman experience at the villa- the best massage we have ever had! The owner Alix was very helpful and all of the staff were polite and welcoming. There is a nearby ATM, bureau de change and supermarket which was handy. The villa also has some nice local restaurants in the nearby area.
Cons: The villa is in an area away from the main medina and souks. However, there are a few regular buses into town and it's very easy to get taxis.

Fab little riad outside the medina.
Pros: Lovely room, breakfast, staff and hammam was awesome.
Cons: Wish it was a little closer to the medina.

Gorgeous Villa stuck away in the suburbs!
Pros: A quiet oasis outside of the main hustle and bustle of Marrakesh yet close enough to visit the old city every day. Close to local restaurants and shops, Villa Amira had everything you need in a Morrocan escape. Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff and owner, Alix, was accomodating and friendly.
Cons: Nothing really to fault.

Good but only for 2 nights
Pros: The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent — they made a delicious omelette. The team always greeted us with a smile and spoke both French and English. Alix, the owner, was also very welcoming, and the location is only about 15 minutes from the main attractions. WIFI is Strong.
Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated, and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom twice. The road outside is also quite noisy and gets busy early in the morning, around 8:00 a.m., but we usually left by 9:00 a.m., so it didn’t bother us too much.

Exceptional hospitality in a stunning riad with serene vibes, great facilities, and warm staff!
Pros: Exceptional hospitable service The most beautiful Villa / Riad I’ve seen. Calm and surreal atmosphere Clean with regular housekeeping Pool facility great Variety of food for breakfast Welcoming and inviting people who work there including Souad, Khadija and Khadija 😊 Najwa and the lady in the evening Zahra. Thank you Alix and team, you gave us an exceptional service. Nothing was too much and we will return again. In sha Allah Points of interest a little far to walk in hot weather so download InDrive as taxis are expensive. Best restaurant to eat at and reasonable price 12 min walk from Villa called Plats Hajj Boujemaa. Fish and meat restaurant separated. 100% delicious.
Cons: We enjoyed everything!

Great location, the staff and the food are 10/10 . Clean sheets and towels every day . The girls also recommended pl
Pros: Very clean, it feels like a home. We liked that was around shops and restaurants, also not far from the bus stop that brings you into the Old town .
